What about small towns in North Georgia like Hiawassee in Towns County? Beautiful lakes, rivers and mountains at a slower pace of life.

Great Videos. What Georgia neighborhoods would you say is the median between city and country. Just relocated to Northern Georgia in a city and but I’m a city girl trying to get away from the city environment.

What about Affordable AND Safe? I’ve been reading the news and seeing that crime has risen in Atlanta and it’s surrounding suburbs.

So as a real estate agent I am not allowed to talk to you about crime that’s just a thing we are not allowed to talk about. But I can assure you that the cities mentioned in this video I have not been mentioned in any reports about raising rates. I was raised in Cobb county, Marietta. For the most part it’s extremely safe. Worked at a apartment complex in Smyrna for 3 years, had about 4 break ins including cars in that complex. The police in surrounding Atlanta suburbs don’t play. But Cobb county Hines are more expensive now.

This was the statistics for all Georgia at the time of the video release. And all those where based one multiple factors. Cost of housing , cost of groceries , cost of gas , cost of insurance and utilities.

The only 2 places you mentioned to seriously consider is Gainesville and Warner Robins. I've lived in Georgia all my life and if you want any kind of quality of life get at least 50-60 miles away from Atlanta. Marietta, Smyrna and Duluth wouldn't even be in my top 50 of choices. I can't wait until I get far, far way from Atlanta. Also, those houses that are shown in this video with the prices aren't in no way the accurate prices. I know for a fact that Duluth is extremely HIGH when it comes to buying a house. Bottom line is this, if you want quality of life DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO ATLANTA. Atlanta is a horrible, horrible city and it's only getting worse. If you want quality of life when living in Georgia move to the North Georgia mountains or to South/Southeast Georgia..... Those two areas are extremely nice to live in.

I appreciate your comment, and I appreciate you watching, but as you might notice from the thumbnail, as well as the title of this video is two years old with data from 2021 while the houses shown at that point in that. Where exactly how much they were portrayed in the video. That is actual factual data and that was that way at the time. It might not be that way anymore for sure. It’s not that way anymore anywhere in Georgia but at that point in time that was absolutely factual those houses and prices were exactly what they were backed in and they were absolutely correctly portrayed and researched in this video. But I appreciate the engagement even though that the comment about the houses shown in the pricing is absolutely nonsense. Have a good day and merry Christmas.

Statistically speaking in 2021 with all things combined cost of living purchasing a home as well as tax Duluth was one of the cheapest cities in Georgia

I'm really surprised that you and other commentators never mention Savanah and many of the towns and cities nearby. Living near these coastal areas should be in your affordable homes to live. Maybe none of you can swim..lol

I’m sorry I did not mention Savannah when it wasn’t in the statistic for 2021 when I created the video. I and by the way there are many people who mentioned Savannah one of my dear friend’s Karin Carr actually has a whole KZfaq channel about Savannah Georgia.

And that is an extremely good comment I appreciate that. But there are multiple statistics out there that actually state exactly what I set in the video for 2021 so NOT WRONG! If you would’ve watched and listens closely it is even stated in the video where the statistic is coming from. But if you have your own statistic please share! So what is silly about a statistic from 2021? Those are the placements based on data from that year. Has nothing to do on how far away those are from each other. I am currently working on a updated video and guess what the cities are all over the place this time but it’s also the FACUAL Data from 2022.
