Jubilee is actually fairly powerful. She's just badly written. Emma Frost once stated that if Jubilee could unlock her full potential, she would have the power to detonate matter at a subatomic level. Which is basically a way of saying: Jubilee has the (untapped) ability to blow everything the fuck up and destroy things at a subatomic level. That's about as powerful as explosions can get, but they never really followed through with it. It also doesn't help that the popular 90's cartoon pretty much destroyed any chance of Jubilee ever being cool or relevant by making her the annoying brat in constant need of help or making stupid comments.

Exactly. If a sniper shot him before he absorbed anyone's abilities, or they blinded him, he'd probably be unable to copy them. (That's assuming upon being created he wasn't immune to a long range attack when distracted.)

A good/lucky punch from anyone of about average strength could kill him then. A bullet to the head would kill him 99% of the time, decapitation would get him. If he has to survive the first attack and only adapts to that attack he could be killed by basically anyone and if you started with fists and gradually escalated through blades, guns, explosions etc then you don't need any superpowers, magic, or even any tech more advanced than IRL assuming you take him by suprise. How is he supposed to be a threat if anything that can kill in one go, ie most weapons in history and fiction, can end him. Being potentially a god but being able to be killed by not looking when crossing the road sounds like the worst power set in day to day life. Unless I've mis-understood his powers and he is tougher than most but even then a lowish tier marvel character should be able to stop him(Anyone with an infinity gem, cosmic cube etc could just instagib him as he couldn't possibly adapt) I'd say Darwin is stronger.

I'm not sure on this so don't quote me. But after an ability is used if he understands it and knows how it works, maybe he knows how to avoid it better as its coming at him? I have no clue how the power works but that would make sense to me. Furthermore if he were to be able to keep any power he obtained forever he would just need 2 or 3 low level powers to have the physical speed and awareness to avoid things

I think he probably needs to encounter someone who has hyper awareness but other than that I think overall he probably can hang onto his abilities just like the other guy said because it would make no sense to just forget everything you've learned after you've seen it you probably can't unsee it but we haven't seen this guy in so long so we don't know what happened to him after his prison got shattered he probably went back to his universe separate but if marvel ever brings this guy back and stop playing games with all these old characters who are pretty powerful in their own rights and start boosting their potential a little bit more we probably have better stories well no that's not true we need to have better writers first in order to make better stories intern giving them higher potential

Joedy Lyons actually no, when you think about it, the powers of the beyonder/living tribunal, are pretty much conceptual, as in their very will iq given form (since LT is a conceptual being, and pre retcon beyonder was said to be stronger) sp if prodigee can copy that, then there is no reason ha can't creat an armor from thin air, or project repulsor energy from his body.

You say that FR trumps SW because he made Galactus his Herald, yet during the reality alteration in House of M, SW's powers unleashed the Chaos Wave which destroys the dimensional barriers of each reality (Galactus was even seen flying around helpless on panel) and almost reached the Throne of God (The Ascension). Her mere spell was cast upon billions upon billions of souls, over countless worlds and dimensions, affecting alternate realities and permanently shifted all possible timelines in the Marvel Multiverse. That single feat alone is so far above creating a pocket universe or making Galactus a herald.

Mr. Googoopants I understand SW's feat is greater than any great FR has done because it was a multiversal event. I look at FR entire history, him creating a pocket universe is not a small feat, he created all life within it, world's, people, gods, everything in an actual full working universe. He has the power cosmic inside him, he is considered a galactic constant, a universe shaper and a bringer of life, he is a God. It may be confined to the main marvel reality, but he can do basically anything he wants, he can will what he wants. It hasn't been really confirmed how powerful he can be, but he is the most powerful earthbound hero. I respect Rob's opinion on SW, and yes, based on her one feat that's something FR could never do, yes based on that one event, i get it. Im looking at it as the entire run of each character. Franklin's greatest feat to date is creating Counter-Earth, which is a pocket universe, meaning it has all the characteristics and nature of a true universe (temporal and spatial axis, life, etc) but is no means as big as a true universe (the ones Molecule Man created, MJJ warped beyond recognition and Scarlet Witch "cursed"). Theoretically speaking, a pocket universe is somewhat similar to the mystical realms created by some very powerful mystical beings such as The Vishanti, Shuma-Gorath, Chthon, Set, Gaea and Cyttorak). While it is true the MJJ has the limitation of unable to create matter and energy from nothingness (something Franklin has done), it doesn't change the fact the scale-wise, MJJ's reality warps are vastly greater than his (and his 616 incarnation is said to be far more powerful) that it took the destruction of that reality (an entire actual universe, not a pocket one) to stop him. I love Franklin, don't get me wrong, and I must admit, the kid as lots and lots of potential to possibly excel the feats of those included in the list, but for now, his greatest feat is nowhere close in scale to those included in the list.

They are all widly powerful, I guess the deserving ones on this list all have one thing in common, that they jave affected multiple universes with any feat or any one feat they have accomplished. I get it, and I respect the opinions of each. If you pit FR vs SW, where would each stand, I'd give it to FR, because he can will her away if he wanted. Patrick Froude He copies what he observes and and we don't know the extent he copied the Beyonder's powers because we don't know how much he observed and how much he can copy with limited observation. It's not as if he can glance for a nanosecond and have all of the beyonders powers. Considering he could still copy powers from others after the Beyonder then clearly he didn't copy all the powers of someone who wills things into existence.

It is in The Guardians of the Galaxy comics issues. The original ones with Starhawk, Astro Vance, etc one of the later issues. The original that was discontinued in the mid 2000s ir later 90s. Not the charcters ones in the movies now. They had about 60 or 80 issues and it was a future superheroes team.

SOUMYA MUKHERJEE Yeah... I mean there's an argument to be made that the power he had at that moment was "Power Stripping" and even if Protege copied it, if Scathan got his off first he would win. But that's still a lot of "if"s and more of a justification than an actual answer. At that point in time comics were trying to do cool amazing things often at the expense of continuity.

Retroactive continuity It's kinda like an explanation to make some past series of events make sense with regards to what is happening currently. Example: A few years ago writers kill character X. Now writers want character X back, so they explain that character X never died but was in a coma or something and now they're back. That's a retcon.

It's why I have a bit of an issue with WW Hulk. Like with a complete alien like Superman, I can buy it because he's not a human so you can play around with him, but with Hulk smashing everyone like he did somewhat _easily_ (keyword), just got under my skin.
