@@danyacosta8629 You're mistaken. Product knowledge is indispensable. I've flat-out refused to buy vehicles from salespeople who know nothing about cars. I find the person who has car posters in his cube. And guess what? Those are the guys who are the top salespeople. I loathe car dealers because when you ask them a question and they don't know the answer, they spout whatever comes up in their heads.

Your videos helped me land my first sales job at my local Ford dealership. I am 30 years old, two kids, working construction. GM was very hesitant about my zero sales experience and family obligations, asking me "I'm just concerned about what happens if you have bad days." Do you know what I said? I said "I don't intend to have bad days. Besides, I know ALOT of truck guys." That floored him and he just goes "yeah, youre gonna do just fine." and I walked out with a job. Btw I was sweating bullets, SO nervous. Still killed it. Stay gold, Andy. You are the real MVP!

Management started messing with my money a few people got fired the GM is in process of getting fired it’s just crazy I think that looking for a good car dealership would have been best but than again I didn’t know that would have mattered now I know.

Use being young to your advantage. Equip yourself with knowledge of your product and competitors, apply experiences and be confident. I’m 5 years in the game and I feel like I’ve done about 8/10 the last few years. Going to kick it up another level after watching this video. Always gotta go back to the drawing board and see what you can improve. Sometimes we fall back in to old habits.

35 years old. Single dad to 3 kids who live with me. Injured in a truck accident in 2022. 10 years in the trucking industry, couldn't risk a more severe accident taking me away from my kids. I be so curious how many of these " I sold 20 cars in my first week" comments be cap I played pro basketball overseas and started selling cars 2 years ago when I got back from Germany and I've been the top salesman at Nissan for over a year straight and I've never sold 20 cars in a week. That's 4 a day... We have 7 salesman here and I sell about 25-30 cars a month and nobody ever sells more than me. 20 a week is 80 fucking cars a month that's NUTS

First yes! Andy I just started and been in the floor for seven days and I've sold 1.5 cars I'm not satisfied I've texted you earlier how do I get my managers comfortable with me presenting first pencil cause at my dealership usually the managers close
