The "Where are you on a 1-10 is powerful. First because an answer tells you there's something there and secondly when you ask what would make it a 10 you'll get their true objection. Now you can transition to overcome it. Love that Andy Elliott!!! Awesome stuff amigo!

So many misconceptions: 1) Cars are a commodity, the next dealer has the exact same cars. 2) Selecting the car to buy happens long before talking talking to the sales person. The sales person has no role in me selecting a car. 3) Shopping around is simply due diligence. If the next dealer offers the same price I buy from the place that doesn’t act as if they get to manage me. Actually, I’d even pay a premium if I don’t have to deal with obnoxious behavior.

There's nothing wrong with what he's doing. Go look at other dealers who payment pack and scam etc. Go comment on their videos. He's teaching sales people. If you're just a customer why are you watching a lesson to salesmen? Go buy from carvana.

I had that today, they wanted to look at two vehicles in the lot, I showed them both, second one was more in the price range and checklist. But still they didn’t even want to drive it. Or discuss numbers. They told me they want to continue to shop around the strip! I’m like can you tell me what this car is missing that you still feel like you want to look around? They said nothing, ‘it’s the price we want, and the features we want, but we want to look around. So again i asked them what is it that it’s missing? Again they said nothing! But still left without even driving it .. what did i do wrong?

Hey Andy how would you handle this situation. Customer says on scale of 1-10 the deal is 7 then you ask what would it take to make it a 10 as shown in the video. Let’s say customer makes a unreasonable low offer. How would you handle it.

Or...make sure your offer is reasonable. You know, cut the unnecessary fees, add ons etc. During my buying process it wasn't the list price it was the $1400 here and $700 there. If the OTD price is good 80% will go with it.

Thanks, Dude less than 10 hours of watching this video I converted a sale using a technique similar to this. The customer hung up on me and I called back and offered a 30% discount and got the sale !
