I’m not sure how much, but back in the time when they aired the porygon episode in Japan, due to how much insane amount of flashes there were. It caused between 600-900 kids to be sent to the hospital just because that show was so flashy that it triggered them really bad seizures.

Hoenn Pokemon in general are OP. Mainly becuase they have the fastest set of Pokemon like Deoxys Spe and blaziken or ninjask both with speed boost or even sceptile is fast af. Other reasons are that all the main legendaries can undergo mega evolution/Primal reversion in a special way, special because Both kyogre and groudon can basically mega evolve without using the one mega slot per team, while Mega Ray doesn't even need an item to mega evolve.Not to mention the abilities of these Pokemon are best suited for them.Even the mythical Jirachi is extremely good with iron head and serene grace. Overall Hoenn Pokemon are stronger. The close second would be kalos legendaries mainly because of the main legendary trio which are arguably better than even the mega forms of the weather trio, namely Yveltal Xerneas and Zygarde. While on dynamax form Yveltal is the only Pokemon capable of OHKOing all the Hoenn Legendaries, a feat not even achievable by Zacian Crowned. However those are about the only amazing pokemon with a good ability but not as good as Gen 3 ones.Third would be gen 7 legendaries mainly due to Dusk Mane Necrozma (NDM) and the all powerful Mythical Marshadow. Marshadow has access to undoubtedly the best move ever called Spectral thief. And a superior attacking type of Fighting Ghost. NDM is one of the best defensive Pokemon with access to great moves like photon geyser and Dragon dance!.

He may be able to do godly things that are beyond the understanding of most other pokemon (besides the Unown), but that makes him more of a diety than a god. He doesn't have to have to be the strongest pokemon ever to have powers that are beyond the understanding of others. In fact, I like the fact that Arceus is not the most powerful pokemon. Oh, and CONstructive power (Arceus' thousand arms) is not the same as DEstructive power. Primal Reversion restores powers that pokemon lost through darwinian evolution over time. Arceus has been in the dimension of the unown for the vast majority of his life, and didn't have a chance to loose his full power. Mega-evolution increases the abilities a pokemon already has. To give Arceus (who already has powers that can't be used on the battlefiel which are far beyond our understanding) a mega-evolution would just be cheating. And how does creating a world nominate you for being able to increase the part of your power in which you are (reletavely) weak?

Well, it won't get a Mega Evolution, but a Primal Evolution in the form, in which it had created the universe, that would be soooo nice. And then, it's of course, better than Mega-Rayquaza & Mega-Mewtwo ;). (Bad english, I know....)
