@Sahil Khan : Bhai ek aur question. Main 3 days ( Mon, Wed, Fri) weights or baki din cardio karta hun. So his din weights kar raha hun, us din bhi, I guess till one hour body will burn fast, so I should not eat, and after one hour protein, fats, and green vegetable and then breakfast 2 after 1 or 2 hours. Is this correct? I am asking coz I am not sure if my body will need energy after workout and burn muscles if I don't eat immediately after weight lifting. So weightlifting k din bhi aisey hin kahey, ta surf cardio k din? Thanks in advance!! ❤
