I actually got that recently, but at least it works as a gamma gun unlike the medics fat man that heals on impact and does no explosion damage

I found one of those too, I was so disappointed.

I think i saw somewhere that gamma guns and other rad weapons don't actually heal ghoul companions. im not 100% so im likely wrong.

Or +15% damage to robots on a gamma gun

damn I've been there huberus comics killed and legandary ghoul got an explosive Tommy gun and as soon as I grabbed it the glowing one came up and murdered me got back up to the top and there was no legandary rip

Damn, i also had bad luck, i was at gunners plaza and got a legendary explosive combat shotgun and a 2 shot western revolver, left the plaza glitched and died on nothing, i went through the plaza again got a irradiated rolling pin and a mutant slayer lead pipe

It just isn't worth it for all of the debuffs that you have to endure to get the most out of it.

23r0 Gaming 180%.... you will kill things so much faster it doesn't matter lol. literally the best option for any sneak character or glass cannon. I can understand if you want a melee build or a really tanky build though. Although, after playing through survival with a mod that makes me take 5 times more damage I really don't see the point of tanky builds anymore. just don't get shot at all and your golden.

I think the thought was, a he said in the video, an option to heal your companions. Imagine taking Strong with you - he rushes in to combat, you can just stay back and heal him. Since you can hot key weapons, you just switch - hit him a bit to heal him, then switch back. It might actually have been useful in survival mode, given how if your followers "die" you need to stimpack or repair kit them, I'd love a 10 mm gun with it so I can just shoot them to heal them back.

tell me about it I was doing a no guns run and I played till about lvl 75ish and only got 2 melee weapon drops both junkies

I am convinced that the game likes screwing with me. (Or possibly, is trying to encourage a different playstyle.) My blade melee character, with a pistol backup, has a huge collection of legendary sniper rifles. My power armor/heavy gunner has a dozen 10MM and pipe pistols. Another character has three pieces of armor with the acrobat feature. All left leg. I like the random possibilities of the Chinese Menu style of legendary drops. But it can be really frustrating.

Look at E3 last year, a bunch of kids appeared on reddit, youtube, everywhere who played the mobile game and saw the hype train memes, but they knew jackshit about fallout. So Bethesda knew this and they rewrote the lore so the simple minded kids will not get tangled up in the lore which is a retarded idea. They destroyed the series. I with Obsidian will get a chance to make the next one. The new engine will grant them the ability to build a better world. Did you knew that New Vegas war originally not this empty shit sandpile? Bethesda forced them to remove a bunch of stuff because the CONSOLE version could not handle the huge save file sizes... Now Bethesda talked about console mods so much that console kids thought they were ENTITLED to mods that people make for fun. They sent death treats to modders for not releasing their mods on console and they stole a bunch of mods and made money off of them...

Cameron Malkoske I would rather have the medics because at least it is something interesting to work with. A shitty low level weapon with a great legendary effect is useless to me. It's ammo is the most plentiful and all I would get is a few caps from selling the minor surplus.

Gottfried Osterbach I get your point. I was just using a weapon for an example. But if you use the medic's missle launcher will waste ammo instead of damaging them. While the medic's effect does sound interesting, it does not do anything for the player's benefits

Well, never having to reload ever, ammo that somehow sets targets on fire/freezes them, and pulling the trigger once and seeing 2 bullets come out is kinda magical. But I guess it's no less realistic than the inventory system (you can and will carry 20,000+ bottlecaps no problem!) and the general comic-book science of giant insects and skinless humans who are immune to gamma waves and never need to eat.

+felynecomrade It's not two bullets. what it does is take the base damage of the gun without multipliers and adds it to the weapon. There's no second bullet.

The resolute effect must be great at a Harpongun or a Fatman or a doublebarrelshotgun and i think it goes also great with the rockelancher and the broadsider.

That's the point actually. Some weapons profit more from some effects. The neverending effect for example is fucking awesome on most weapons, but on sniper rifles it's essentialy useless.

I got a Never-Ending double barrel shotgun. I put an advanced receiver on it and it carried me through the game.
