Hearing Jeremy say "skellington" is a real treat. Nothing beats the Top Gear Trio of Jeremy, James, and Richard. Real camaraderie. Great banter between mates. They could commentate on paint drying, and I would willingly watch it. When different personalities "click", it can be an amazing experience.

Their trip across Romania has to be one of their best ever episodes. In particular when they finally reached the Transfargarsan Highway, because all three guys genuinely looked as if they were thoroughly enjoying driving their supercar, especially James in his Lamborghini Gallardo.

Wow they tried to release BURN back here in australia in about 1999/2002 ish time and it failed hard. Funny that it was still going somewhere also I LOVE YOUR CLIPS. Been a topgear fan my whole life almost, watched every ep literally 20 times, and you've brought me new content that id never seen before. THANK YOU MATE!

The Lambo and Ferrari aged good but the Aston Martin looks really outdated(so dose the Lambo but it will always look OMG so it's harder to notice)

facelifted Gallardo didnt age at all. Pre lift Gallardo aged terribly. DBS/DB9 is somewhere in the middle, it looks nice but rear is meh

It's bad taste to show on tv such a low class and insulting joke on someone's looks. It can be unintentional since it is James May's fault and he might have not intended to offend, but it comes off as really offensive with the poor girl not getting it in the background. So it is best to leave it out, imho.

Play dead or run away from a bear? Well you should NEVER run away from ANY bear. Bears rarely do attack but if they do no matter the bear running away is not a good idea because that will make the bear chase you and you can not outrun a bear. And no matter what you hear do not climb a tree. Bears are great climbers and all you do then is trap yourself. if you are going out in bear infested woods carry bear spray. It is your best chance of survival in the unlikely event of an attack.

Same with wolves/wild dogs. Run and they will chase you instinctively. Best thing to do is keep eye contact if they’re looking at you and back away slowly.

They're referring to this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Tour Which is also what the TV show is named after. Grand tour is a very generic name. You know cars named GT? Well that's grand tour. You have the grand tour of cycling, which consists of tour de France, vuelta a Espana and giro d'Italia. etc. Grand tour is just that, a big trip through somewhere. The Grand Tour TV show takes place at many locations around the world, hence the name.

Grand Tourer is also the type of the cars that they are supposed to drive. Usually a comfortable super car looking is badged as GT (grand tourer). Hence May indeed brought a wrong car because he had a supercar.

that ferarri suspension with magnetic fluid in them is a gm design made for cadillacs in the early 80's..for guys that are experts on cars they should know that..

By the way, the MagneRide system was developed by Delphi for GM on the 2002 Cadillac STS, and in 2009 Delphi suspension and brake division was sold off to a Chinese company named BWI. I know this is an old video (3 years old), but does Clarkson know that the romanian word "Primeşti" doesn't mean "great" or "The Best" but it's actually "You get". "The best". In Romanian, "great" is "bun" and "The best" is "Cel mai bun". 😄😄 That guy at the petrol station should've turned to Clarkson and asked "Primesc, ce?"... "I get, what?" 😄😄

@@StrikaAmaru Well, the translation is off... probably as to make Clarkson look like the typical tourist that thinks he knows what he's on about, but yet has no clue. So, if he's refering to the gasoline, he should've said "Primesc" for "I'm getting". Or he could say Vreau cel mai bun (I want the best) or "Primesc cea mai bună benzină?" (I'm getting the best gasoline?").
