I watched it in IMAX and it litterally blow me away. They hit home with the nostalgia for sure. And the awesome soundtrack.

When maverick did the fly by at the beginning and the roof lifted off the shed, that wasn’t suppose to happen, so they left it in the movie for realism. Can’t lie I loved this movie

This was the first movie that I saw in theaters in a long time and the first one I saw since C0VID. I loved it and if we see a two-pack deluxe edition Blu-ray on sale, I'm buying it.

I liked the movie, but the fact that I was in the military makes me cringe in some scenes because I know that those things will never happen lol. Also the nuclear facility they were to bomb was in Iran!!!!

Top Gun Maverick was meh. It tried so hard to exactly copy the original. It was OK, but nothing special. I liked Morbius better and that ending sucked. I don't get how people were giving Maverick awesome reviews. The best part of the movie was the crash and finding an old F14 then stealing it.

I give it a 2 out of 10. Plot is ridiculous, acting is ok, the nostalgic aspect has a grip on boomers makes them feel young and reflect on the years gone by. Unrealistic. CGI is minimal but obvious in some scenes. Obvious pilots are sitting in the rear of the jets. Ending is eye rolling and far fetched but made over 1 billion 300 million at box office so far.
