In this part of the video it's very interesting to see street fare vendor's selling food on the street and I remember years ago when I was working in a 5 star 5 Diamond hotel here in the APPLE and I asked the Chef that I wanted to go to France to study French food and he told me that you don't need to study French food in France because French Chefs are coming here because there are too many French chef's in France so they are coming to the UNITED STATES where they can do there own style of food here but I am French trained under 4 French chefs here in the APPLE and I don't care for French Italian Greek and Japanese food because it's way too expensive and it doesn't represent value and my preference is CHINESE food but it's getting to expensive so what I do is go to the supermarket buy it go home and make it myself a lot cheaper and I can make it the way I like to eat it and I have seen a rise for French Chefs in the APPLE as many of them are retiring and many younger chef's lack the training and education as French food is not easy easy to master same like Japanese food but it's way to expensive and when you walk out you are still hungry so no value as many people shy away and Japanese food doesn't really interest me at all so I know CHINESE food and know how to make it myself and I know where to shop for my ingredients and I don't mind buying it on the street it's a lot cheaper than going to the supermarket I actually cut my costs by 60% and you don't need a WOK as long as you understand the basics water for blanching vegetables and a good Teflon pan and that's it as many CHINESE take out is a pure ripoff when you think about it and I tell my kid's how to make the dish they are surprised and you can do it in the same amount of time like all the other CHINESE people do in Chinatown buy what you need go home and make it yourself a lot of money saved where it can be spent elsewhere and some people don't understand that simply concept funny but true

In this part of the video I remember years ago when I was going to MOROCCO and we stopped off in France and me and my wife went to a cafe for breakfast and I didn't order anything fancy like eggs Benedict or a croissant which I don't like just a basic American breakfast and the bill came to 50.00 US dollar's so I decided that I will never go there again no matter what you got me once won't happen to me again as I am on point VETERAN VIETNAM ERA SOME 40 years ago as many solders died there
