Do not be misled!! This home is BEAUTIFUL in person, but your looking at the upgraded version, not the $845k version!!! Toll Brothers is a great developer aesthetically speaking, but don’t believe the fantasy of moving into your new home for a little shy of $1M w it looking like this... this is more like $1.1M...The night view is stunning too, btw. These homes are built on an elevation, so you can have an aerial view of the valley. No shade to the guide, btw....love your tours!! Just speaking it factually.

I'm not into having parties, so the garage door into the poker room wouldn't benefit me. Id probably make that room my den and instead of the garage door have a similar glass door and window set as the entrance to the house across the entryway. Just keep that entryway as a place for my wife to pollute her lungs outside the house. Adding: how do they even get to those upper cabinets in the kitchen. I adore tall ceilings, but you'd need a 12 ft ladder just to dust. LOL. Love the Floorplan. Love that is not a box. Beyond my budget by.... A lot. Love watching them anyway to see what design ideas we can use in our place. Thanks.

Yes Chakits you do a really nice informal comfortable job showing these homes, keep up the nice work around that area.

The interior design is breathtaking. However, the kitchen cabinets quality and master bath layout need an asterisk, but everything else is perfect.

This might just be the one! I would make the "Casino" room a living room with a pull-out for guests. The bar in the living room can GO. I would just put two comfy chairs and a small table there. My entertainment will be mostly at the outside bar. But everything else I would leave intact! Been watching a lot of these - and this by far is the winner.

How can you not comment on the office/den lighted cartoon artwork wall! I loved it! Wasnt crazy about the first 2 bedrooms, and that one sink was kinda out of the way in the master suite...but the den, mainroom, and outside area were all spectacular!

Toll makes some fabulous houses, but their models are not reflective of the final product. In one of their communities, they had roughly 2.5x the base price of the houses in upgrades and options not available for construction. One of the models my parents were interested in actually had an unavailable option that was not up to code.

Great house....minor things that I noticed...Ancillary bedrooms were small, the master closet was small, no area to sunbathe. However, the design is innovative and a home anyone can be proud in owning.

I will change some of the interior design but I like it in general. I love the backyard. Not much a fan of so many details on the wall but this one is acceptable.

At first I was wondering why it's dirt cheap for that fine piece of architecture....but then the location lol.
