Welcome back! In this video I will be using a topwater buzzbait with a salamander trailer!!! I have been fishing with salamanders more lately and have been loving it! First day was rough, but then day 2... I was slamming bass with this deadly fishing lure combo!!! How many times do I say SALAMANDER BUZZBAIT??? Hahahaha! Its hard not to when you are slaying fish with it!!! Hope you enjoy!

lesson learned...Always have Oars. I Luv that you didn't edit out the 'Oops, Battery is dead. Look into Optima Marine Battery. I've never used the Buzz bait.. after this... I'm giving it a go

Question, how are you getting the accurate fish weight if your clamp is in the Bass mouth when you zero scale? Aren’t you weighing the clamp with the fish? I did enjoy your video. Looks like you’re having fun.

You are so right!!! Dang what an epic brainfart by me! I weighed the clamp at 3oz. So I definitely was beeding up my catch a bit! Hahaha. Thanks for the comment!!!

Can you recommend a Rod for me. I just bought my first baitcasting reel last night along with a Berkley Cherrywood HD 6' medium heavy. It was a $20 dollar rod. I may want to upgrade.

I personally have been using the Mojo Bass Rods from St. Croix and love it. My go to is a 7' 1" Medium Heavy, Fast Action Rod. They are around the $130 range. I've also seen good reviews for the St. Croix Bass X rods as well (around $100). A lot of KZfaqrs like to use Lew's rods, but I have no experience with them. Hopefully this helps a little!
