People said Moreno wasn’t ready yet and they were wrong. He’s doing fine with the dbacks. I think he may have won a gold glove award. This front office has no idea how to evaluate players, so they leave them in AAA or trade them away. Schneider was brought up out of necessity and he is performing well. If they weren’t desperate he would still be in AAA.

The biggest position-player (incl DH) losses we have suffered over the past few seasons were: Marcus Simeon, Teoscar Hernandez, Randal Grichuk, Lourdes Gurriel, Gabriel Moreno, and Brandon Belt. I was checking Randal Grichuk's career stats and his totals are not that far behind George Springer, even though he has almost 700 fewer career at-bats.

Bring up a kid who s only skill is hitting, leave him on the bench so George Spring can sub in ??? Springer cant catch up to 80 mph fast ball at this point but lets have him bat first because he was good three years ago.

Verdugo - his gross whispy beard bugged me when he was on the Red Sox. Jays would improve simply by deletion of dead weight. Kirk, Springer and KK are useless.

Kirk is a back up catcher. Getting rid of him means getting another back up catcher. The Cubs just DFA'ed Yan Gomes. Gomes is hitting worse, fielding worse and getting paid significantly more. Not to mention, with Jansen in a walk year the Jays could be looking for 2 catchers in the offseason if they get rid of Kirk.

I’m a jays fan, but something about Bo drove me nuts from the start. I can’t stand him and it has nothing to do with his performance one way or the other. Another one is Pete Alonso.

This team couldn’t win 8 games in a row. lol 😂 are you even watching this fiasco And even if they did then the other good teams would have to lose 8 in a row . Which they are not going to do because they are what the jays are not …….GOOD
