I always thought this when I was younger. Then I started taking wrong advice from the wrong people (family and friends. Don’t mean disrespect). I’m 34 now. And it’s only the last 2 years. I’ve really found myself. And Just do what I want. Doing acting classes now. Train regularly a. Nd feel so happy about life. Don’t associate with what if people or. Your a bit long in the tooth for that people. Just negative people I don’t associate at all with. And it’s great

In my 40’s now and finally started not caring what other people think/do/own etc. I’m just happy being myself. Each and every year I gain more and more confidence in myself. That’s one of the best parts about getting older and having life experience. Although I don’t feel the need to swear all the time like this (and I do occasionally) I appreciate his approach to life.

Man,I can tell you for about a year I took this guy advice and pushed myself, i studied for an important exam for about an about a hour almost every day while doing just one to two hundred pushups and other form of exercise about four times a week it was a lil rough but at the end of the day I passed the exams with flying colors while also looking in shape, and dress nicely I've gotten complements from ladies, push your selves

This Video definitely made me look at life differently and stop caring what others think. Took me to 25 to realize this part of my mindset to success to unlock my full potential. I became a United States Marine at 20 years old and made my next journey moving to Mexico at 24 and starting my own business. This was the last thing I needed to really live life on savage mode. I see it now, all these guys up there with success. I notice everytime I improve myself I get hate, shitted on. Why? Why do people troll and talk behind our backs? It's because theh are afraid. Afraid of success. Why be afraid of success? Success will help you and then the next person behind you and will help those ahead of to keep their drive. Be done listening to cowards. Actually don't stop listening to them. Use their hate as fuel like Goggins said. I didn't realize why some people use others for fuel until I started doing it. Use hate and cowards as fuel. Why even be scared of the lazy cowards in the first place? Your the one training, your the one working towards being successful, not them. So they will be weaker then you. And better yet, use their hate against them and yell at them to do better themselves. They know they want it too but they are afraid. Keep going, keep grinding.

Once I was at Howard Grant gym. They're were a boxer over hitting the bag so hard with one hand, and Howard asked to stop for a short notice to the group... he said stop stop, stooop !!! have something to say... The guy was hitting so hard it looked like the video around 1:00 I was very impressed. I saw his brother too , Otis, regaining his worldwide championship belt after being in the coma for 6 months because of a car accident. I met so many champions in this gym everyone was so humble, caring and loving person. It's still in my heart and one of the main motivation for me to do what David Gogin is advising you to do.

When I hit 30....i looked back at all my mistakes over the past 10 years and turned my life around. If I didn't change I was going to be some broke bum that no one respected. Today alot of those shit talkers look at the floor when I walk in the room and I honestly don't care. The less I cared about people's opinions the happier I got, the faster I excelled at achieving my goals and more and more people started getting uncomfortable around me coz they were used to the clown in the room with snacks his pocket. Now the clown is gone the snacks are out and all that remains is a guy who was hit by reality thanks to this man. I owe alot of my happiness and strength to this man and hope that others realize that you can become far more than you are now.

Can't hurt me-just started reading your book 2 days ago. Got me motivated after the first page! I don't like what I see in the mirror. After divorce I got off the right track and smoking blunts and too much alcohol became a daily routine after work. Always took the easy way to not break out of my routine-not realising what I've really become. I'm pretty good at finding excuses. I see this in SO MANY people. They care way too much about what their parents, girlfriend, or wife thinks. As David says, fuck what they think!!! If I cared about what my dying, rude, and grumpy grandparents thought about my music career, Id be a suicidal 9-5 day job worker instead of releasing a full length album this year and booking gigs. So happy Ive always known what Ive wanted in life and so happy I never let ANYONE tell me how to live. Especially when they dont live a positive life themselves. THEY DONT KNOW ME SON!

I saw Goggins lead a workout in Australia that started with 600 jumping jacks no breaks and he about wiped everybody out. And that was just the first exercise of the workout! I had never done more than 50 at a time. Seeing him do that I was determined to match his 600 and in 3 months I matched him. After two more weeks, I kept going all the way to 1,060. Goggins teaches to punch through the pain and keep going. I will never look at physical exhaustion the same way again.

Every day I come home from work I don't think just do. Put on motivation and get into it. Exercise started again a couple of weeks ago pushing to do 100 push ups then abs then squats.. I'm now doing over 200 6 days a week. I get it done fast and continue living. I have been through an incredible amount recently and I made the decision to be tougher than my life is. I made a commitment to myself and my values over everything. Everything turned to shit around me but I'm turning into gold mentally. Stay hungry stay proud stay humble stay hard. Let your actions speak for yourself. Value yourself and not what others think of you. Tip use anything that motivates you and use that everyday 🙌🏻

I love these messages. So simple, but so true. My whole life, I've always been concerned what others thought of me. Recently, I've completed three 4 4 48 48 challenges, then a couple 57 mile walks within 24 hours. The last two, were not that difficult. I keep looking for challengers on YT, and the Fitbit app. I can't get any challengers. Just a bunch of posers and pretenders. And these were the people I was trying to gain respect from. F*** that! I travel down my own path now. It's got lots of incline, curves, and obstacles along the way. And I am better, for taking the path of most resistance. I don't need those phonies in my life. They are useless to me. I'll let them get the undeserved praise and attention. Because I know if they followed down my path, they would choke on the dust trail I leave behind. I'm heading towards 100 miles in 48 hours. Been progressing toward it recently. Until someone wants to do it with me for charity. I don't care who they are, or what they think of me. I say, show me something, or go away. Subsequently, I live in isolation.
