If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Nicole, this was another excellent class. I really loved the hip mobility work, which I need as a runner. All the cueing before the next move is very helpful. I have been doing pilates with the same studio for 10 years and you are the first online trainer that I find really stretches me. Thank you.

It was a very effective workout. I can feel the buzz in my body. I noticed a big difference in the hips, one side was so hard to do. So I need to focus on that. Thanks Nicole!

Thanks! Half roll back to teaser was hard to balance, but it never came to my mind that alternating lifting one arm in a half lying position was even harder. 😅
