This is a fun total body Pilates Mat flow using sliders. I would say the core work is on the gentler side, then we ramp up the challenge for hamstrings, outer hips, and posterior chain.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Set of sliders, what you use will depend on your floor (I'm using dish towels)
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Dear Nicole, I rarely ever comment on videos, but I just wanted to express how much I love your classes, ever since discovering them three months ago, I’ve been doing them almost religiously 😂 It’s the first time I’ve enjoyed working out so much (the variety really helps too!) and your detailed explanations of alignment and posture are better than the in-person classes I’ve taken before. I really hope the KZfaq algorithm gives your channel a big boost, because you deserve millions of subscribers for putting out all this content for free! Please never stop making them!!

First time taking this class was a disaster. My glutes were too weak for sliding glute bridges, let alone doing single leg sliding glute bridge. Plus Sliding cobra left my lower back very sore. 2nd time is the charm… maybe just half of it. But I did enjoy this class sooo much better than last time.

This was ALOT OF FUN and ouch lol 😆 alot on the outer hips got it hard to hold the leg up but I did it lol 😆 slider under the elbow on the Left......no problem but my right was tougher hope we get more like this Thank you so much Nicola Steph 🇮🇪 Ireland
