looks good.... however i feel you could get more glide if you feel the water with hand a little less angled whilst piercing...

Momentum of the leading arm movement and gravitation are pulling his whole body forward more, than it would be a case if the leading arm would be parallel to the water surface. This way he can also start his pull imidiatly, the arm is already in a position for it. I think that this is actualy one of the "secrets" of immersion swimming? Somebody plz. corect me, if I'm wrong here.

El brazo hay que la zar hacia delante o hacia abajo??. Veo que lanza hacia delante para respirar y hacia abajo cuando no respira. ¿Cual es la forma más correcta??. Saludos

depends on your event. if you sprint, you will naturally go for a very flat arm, that's because at high speed, it's easy to keep your lower body afloat. Have you tried swimming at a very low speed like this guy? The only way to keep your lower body flat is to drop the arm like this (30-45 degrees is what most distance, triathletes use), if you don't do this, you 'll have to kick like crazy. I agree with you, this guy's arm is dropping too much, and he is forced to do keep his arm flat when he has to take breath, do you notice that? generally, if you are training for fitness, keep your recovering arm ( the front arm ) at 30 degree - 40 degree angle. If you are racing in a pool, learn to be almost parallel ( 15-20 degrees) to the surface since you will be supported by high frequency kicking any way.
