this is an amazingly comprehensive tutorial! tysm.... althought i won't admit how long it took me to notice it was a touhou 12.3 guide and not a 10.5 guide.... the similarities are enough it was still usefull however

I think I heard that 12.3 is just an expansion pack and the mechanics are mostly the same but I cant remember

...but how do you do 623 reliably? For me it seems to work randomly. Sometimes it doesn't.

↓+←+C or →+↓+C depending on what side the enemy is, also when you do that you can hold C to charge up a triple variant where it shoots 6 squares instead of 2, sadly they don't have the seeking passive, only the double and the standart C do.

→↓→B/C. It's much more lenient on keyboards than dpads, actually. Also, a lot of fighting game beginners press the attack button while inputting the directional buttons, so see if you're making that kind of mistake or not. If you are, try to time the attack button right after the last → input.

6:13 What does having a bridge mean?

I believe it is when you tap a key that is in between the other two. So instead of going straight from 2 to 9, your "bridge" key would be 6, so your finger can move more smoothly towards 9.
