Would never pay millions for any house in pattaya these houses are targeted to rich foreigners and expats you can get similar houses for like 500k us max in pattaya non of these houses are worth millions in us you will find out when you want to sell them all hype

It maybe expensive for Thailand but compared to the US, a home like this in the US would cost 5+ million or more depending on the city. Not to mention unsustainably high property taxes, HOA, & high cost of living in general in the US. New construction in the US can't even compete with this level of curated design. Compared to the US you're getting a lot more for your money which is exactly why it is being targeted towards expats & foreigners.

@@difencrosby most new construction is cookie cutter, pop up, wood frame construction, that is just as susceptible to the elements as anything else. Even with building codes they are flooded out, washed away, or blown away in every storm. Not to mention the outdated American infrastructure that led to the Texas power grid failure just a few years ago. America is not superior

Good tour and content bro, I would have liked her to explain more of the home and not be silent the entire video, it slows the dynamics of your video ultimately as a viewer. Im looking for someone to explain each room, because I cant visualize the depth of each room, would be nice for commentary over it just for the little details. Thank you for showing this, most youtubers only show Condominiums and it's beginning to get boring. Not many are doing what you do. Keep up the good work! Also do you know Thailand has insane car culture. Most youtubers only show racing cars and all that. However, only local Thai ppl know the supercar clubs like Ferrari, Lambo, and Porsche that sometime they gather together for a road trip. You should definitely find out, and try to join them, it would be awesome to see that on youtube. Most Westerners will definitely be eye popping to see how crazy the Thai upper class live.

This is way over priced for a home of this size/quality in Pattaya. The house/build itself is just ok for $1million, but the city/location is not remotely desirable. If it was overlooking the coast/sea in a more desirable city/location, then it might be worth half of the price described.

Young man, how about you know Thailand very well first ... Like put on 2 or 3 dozens videos interviews with Thai families, lifestyles, earnings, expenses and wishes. All Thai classes. Then show such videos ( millions) dollar home. Also go back and view digital nomad videos before COVID-19 when they drove the crazy high prices 😁... Have fun

Camera focusing too much on the presenter and not the property in my opinion!! Needs to pull back away and stop trying to get Isaiah in the middle of the shot constantly!! He is too close to the camera and taking up too much of the frame! You need a wider angle camera so we can see more of the property and less of Isaiah from behind! Sorry to be critical but I found it quite annoying!

Foreigners can NOT own land in Thailand so you cannot own a house. And this house is over $4 million but he claims it's $2. I've seen some of his other videos and he consistently gives wrong information. How can one get the price of a house wrong?
