There's just something really special about this property to me. It truly feels like a "home" rather than just a large house. I think the travertine stones really help achieve that. It feels so cosy and warm, especially in the primary bedroom.

This mansion is amazing but it was built in the wrong place. The east coast would be a better place to build this house, maybe Miami or Orlando.

I think this is one of the best homes! I love how homey it is, walking right in to the living room... the olive trees around the outdoor eating area... the super nice amenities without feeling too cold and foreign. Just glorious!!! And of course the production ♥

The layout of this mansion is phenomenal! Usually with large mansions it's easy for it to become almost maze-like with all the rooms but the architects really nailed this mansion! Loving the amazing production value as always - thanks Enes, Mikey and the team!

I love this house. Its not trying to do anything more than just give you simple clean comfort with sweeping views. They did a great job designing this house to make the view everything.

This is definitely one of my favorite homes you’ve shown. I loved that it was modern, but used lots of earth tones and stayed away from stark white walls. It was warm and inviting could suit many different lifestyles. Thanks for another excellent tour! You never disappoint!

I don't usually like modern homes, but I am obsessed with this house. What a stunner. Love love love the views. Sensational. Also love how cozy the house is (compared to what we usually see on this channel). You can truly make this a home rather than having a big half empty building full of spaces no one ever goes into. This is truly a special property.

I’d like to make several changes to the primary suite. I want the second closet to be a mirror image of the other including the turning clothes rack. Also I want the tub to have a way to fill it and for the tub to be oversized.

Long time, no comment. Loving this house. The Natural light is great. It's so bright, you can't help but be happy. I know the views, the views. But the views are amazing. You see everything from this house. Honestly, I think my favorite part of the property has been the outdoor dining area. That table and the trees framing the area is gorgeous.

When I saw this listing for the first time about a week ago my first though were: “I hope Enez & co. will tour this house someday”. So many interesting design elements, solutions etc. that needs a well-produced walk through for us viewers to comprehend. Thank you, Enez and the rest of the team. I was not disappointed. The house is stunning, the view breathtaking and the whole package looks warm and cosy.

Ok I never realized what sets your b-roll apart from other similar quality shots, but I think I finally pinned it down with this one: the sound design in the intro gave me shivers. Top tier. Love it. Even if I don't love the house in a particular video, or I just wouldn't be interested in living there, I watch for the videography.

Love this house for alot of different reasons! It does have that open floor plan that i love! And i love the added olive trees that give it that romantic feel and cozy vibe about it! Their are a few things I'd change one of those things is the price! ... with that I'll just say that yes! It's an amazing house!! But I've seen houses with amazing views in the hills of L.A. But those houses have an elevator, a roof top, six or more Bedrooms, a movie theater, a down stairs, with a full game room, a mud room, a second refrigerator a closed off office, Not to mention more then a two car garage, Now i guess you could add a second refrigerator and close off that office in this house! But at close to $50MILL you shouldn't have to do that! ... I say this because i just saw a house tour in the L.A. hills with all that and more for $32Mill it's a pretty big difference! When you think about it! ... I just think some of these people who are putting these prices on these houses trying to make a profit are really over reaching a bit!!! ..... Also The views of L.A. aren't exactly to die for! Maybe the night time views with all the lights at night! But during the day not so much!!! Now! San Francisco Bay is all together a different thing! Over looking beautiful views of the Bay and Golden gate Bridge and San Francisco skyline and the Bay Bridge! When i look at these houses i always see them in my mind overlooking the San Francisco Bay! Not L.A. views! .... But i definitely love this house! But as i said i would change a few things and add a few things to it! ...

Great job as always Enes, Mikey and team. One thing I have noticed with the LA/ greater area homes that you show/view/explore is you have the easy/maintenance free lifestyle (no having to mow a yard) which I find a plus as well. Noticed in the primary restroom that the toilet was not only automatic lid but also had lights inside of it, which was pretty cool too especially at night when you need to relieve yourself but don't want to turn on lights that could wake you up. Keep up the good/ hard work and I'll see you next time, much love to you guys from Colorado.

Would’ve never thought you could put the word warm, in the same sentence as modern. They absolutely nailed it, the use of the olive trees was genius. Elegant, yet cozy, feels like you’re living on a cloud. I can’t imagine you’re going to have your friend/cameramen very long. His work, and editing are movie worthy. GREAT JOB guys!!!!!!

I’ve seen thousands of houses and dozens and dozens of your tours and this is The coup de grace for my particular taste. The architect is a genius, the designers, the landscape architect. Lighting designer and staging designer. Everybody performed virtually flawlessly. I can usually many things to complain about with any house and I found nothing wrong here. Although the staircase I think could be a little more open And I would’ve gone with a little darker wood in the master closet :-) I love that it’s large but every space is tucked away and cozy and warm and I love that they use the trees to pull you back into nature and to keep you grounded and not make you feel like you’re floating from a hot air balloon but the architect made sure to keep the ground completely out of you so it’s such a great juxtaposition of being grounded to earth but floating above it. It’s fucking genius!

I absolutely love the colors and textures of this home. Its cozy and warm because of the earth tones that were used throughout. Sometimes the homes use a more 'bold' mixture of colors and in my opinion, this one is truly elegant without being too 'grand'. Great tour, thanks to you both. Very enjoyable :o)

Amazing home, love all the design elements and the spaces, scale, details. This one and last week's in the Bird Streets are NOT for those of us who fear our regular earthquakes in LA though! I'm sure the engineers more than did their jobs but I'd always still be afraid they were going to slide off these steep hills. I love your tours. Keep up the great work!

Almost did not watch this as I was thinking "Not another overpriced cookie cutter modern LA hillside house" but I must say I really really liked this house. I especially loved the travertine clad and the fact that all the bedrooms were view-facing.

I've come back to watch this video almost monthly since its release. Absolutely one of my favorites that you've done for how the house flows so beautifully from the center outward. Frank Lloyd Wright designed his homes in a similar way, where you compress and then decompress entering into different areas, and this has a very similar feel. Given the openness and abundant windows it does not even feel ostentatious or oversized. Keep up the great work with all of these videos, they're greatly appreciated and the best in the sector of luxury homes!

As always a magnificent listing and an exceptional presentation! Though part of the appeal is the see through glass, which is really hard to maintain in such condition. It would be nice to have an episode analyzing what it takes to maintain such luxury houses.

Hey Enes, can we get a cost summary on a house like this? Taxes, insurance, electricity, cleaning, landscaping etc. I'd assume I wouldn't even be able to afford this house if it was free but it would be cool to see what something like this costs to maintain. Thanks!
