Nothing satisfies me more than seeing thoughtful property owners reclaiming older homes without diminishing its original character. Having good interior designers and builders that know how balance maintaining old character flare with good quality new materials is key. Those high end metal light switches in the stone house is an example of how to elevate a space without making everything new and commercial. Not to mention the great use of kitchen space with elegant materials and SMEGs galore. Even down to the chic furniture selections in EVERY single room. I can not say enough good things about how the owners of this property did an outstanding job bringing a high end style to a country town property. Another 10/10 find on this channel. Oh man, these are so beautiful... All three cottages are perfect. Nicely styled, and very cozy. Each home gives such an soft, yet otherworldly relaxation vibe. Your narration, and showcase here was also top notch. I am sold! Lol

This was such a pleasure to watch. That first one is just something else. The attention to details is amazing! I instantly felt a warm connection with the first house. It just felt so inviting and familial. To have a get together at a place like this and be able to rent out all three would be amazing!! This was beautifully captured Levi, awesome job! 🎉

I just loved the first one - the Stone House! Beautiful. And how unique for a home in the US. Love that communal area too - so nicely done! I agree with your thoughts on the Cottage bathroom - top notch, for sure! I love the “tucked away” toilet layout too. I am a fan of the “moodier aesthetic” so I liked the living room and kitchen area in the Ranch. And I’m curious…is it a “design requirement” to have a hot tub in an Airbnb? I’m personally not a fan, so likely would never use one. But I’ve seen them in SO many! I guess I’m in the minority! 😆 Hope Savannah is doing well with her pregnancy and your house/land hunting is going very well, too, Levi! 🙏💙

Wow, they're all amazing! The largest is wonderfully rustic with those original stone walls! And the decorating in all three is perfect, especially love the Smeg fridges, can't believe how cute that small version is!👍 My favorite is the Ranch, & also love that each has its own private hot tub. Great content Levi! Absolutely love the aesthetic! The stone house was my favorite, only thing missing was a fireplace. Levi's favorite bathroom was mine as well. I would spend a good amount of time in that tub!

The ranch was a bit of a miss, but I am sure the rental price reflects that.

Mexican terra cotta floors combined with Hill Country limestone certainly makes for an unusual combo. Can't say I like it, tho. Texas mesquite flooring would have been a much better fit.
