Personally i am not a fan of Cinema Programmes, but I like this Programme because we know these people as of now with their big image, but this programme really shows that how much struggle they gone through to get to this place and it shows their real side too... As far as i am concerned, If someone got interviewed in CHAI WITH CHITHRA, that implies they belong to certain class in Cine Industry... Hearts off to Chithra Sir for bringing such class programme to Tamil People...

From this interview, Lingusamy seems like a very honest, hard-working and good-natured person. Sandakozhi, to this day, remains one of my all-time favorite action films in Tamil. Such a brilliant narrative. Unfortunately, he also became a classic example of how social media can destroy a person's life in today's toxic world. Anjaan time la "kathukitta motha vithayum.." matter ah vechu keli panni, avaroda career ah total ah gaali pannitom (me included). Adhukapram epdi avaraala oru hero or producer kitta poi confident ah kadha solliruka mudiyum? Namma smartphone la easy ah oruthara kalaachi oru comment or meme potrulaam. But we should all realize the magnitude of how much our negative comments can impact a person's life. My request to anyone reading this comment is this: next time you troll someone online, think of them as a real living person. At least from the new year 2020, be nice to everyone around you and try to say only positive things. Even a small thing like a positive comment on youtube will make our world a better place to live in (every drop makes an ocean). Spread happiness only :)

Since the Director is so fascinated about Run movie and its interval scene, let me tell you as an audience point of view that Run movie became biggest hit that time and still being remembered until today is because of Vidyasegar's songs especially Kadhal Pisasu and Vivek's extraordinary comedy track (who can forget the Kaaka Briyani comedy). Even the shuttle scene, which was mastermind by fight master Peter Hein with his creativity as I remember he discuss about the said landmark fight in Vikatan interview earlier. See credits should be given to all of them which contributed to movie success, Mr Lingu. Looks like you are interested to claim the success under your name and blame the reason for failures on other circumstances such as shooting delay, artist's non cooperation and etc. Other than that, this is good interview.

i kinda disagree with that assistant who said make the villian character do some negative things. It might look easy for the audience to judge the right person but its illogical. In life all characters are mostly right, its only the rightest of right who impresses. So the audience having to understand two equal weight characters n decide the right is what is the need of hour in today's cinema. Just my 2 cents.
