I like the isochron/Moonmist combo! I didn't think of that one when I initially was look at this commander, and now I'll have to make room to include it!

It doesnt really work that way, because of the day night mechanic moonmist will not transform the ''new'' werewolves, only the old werewolves so its kinda lack luster unless you are running a high amount of the old werewolves, but honestly alot of the new ones take the places of the old ones.

Fantastic video as always! One thing to note about Klauth is that the mana generated from him can only be used to cast spells, not activate abilities. So, it can't go infinite with Aggravated Assault. Gonna need to proxy this deck and try it out because it seems like a lot of fun!

Thanks! Glad you liked it! D’oh! You’re right on Klauth! But, it can still help you cast creatures you draw into. Plus, you can always pay mana from dorks to activate Aggravated Assault for infinite combat steps. So it’s all good :P

@@TheCommanderTavern That's what I was thinking! You can always swarm off with more werewolves you get from Tovolar's triggered ability using Klauth's mana, so it all works out!

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it! Yeah, I hear ya. Since I already have all of the fetchlands (and the overall mana base for any deck), I simply swap them out between decks via placeholder cards. But even then, with a budget mana base, there are still too many cards that remain expensive when it comes to building these types of decks. It's ridiculous.

So I took out the dragon and put in bear umbra so that you can go infinite combats with aggravated assault then if you put in a card where you don't lose mana between phases and something that can remove attacking creature, infinite mana

I'd consider Immerwolf to be an honorary mention here, being one of the only old-school cards that allows your werewolves to become immune to reverting back to humans.

I tested Immerwolf and immediately disliked it. There're lots of werewolves that trigger and do effects when they transform back and forth. If I'm able to control that right from the command zone, I want them to be able to turn back and forth to get value. While the wolf does keep some of the werewolves stuck on their stronger side, I lose out on all the triggers from transforming them. So I ended up cutting it and never looking back.

It's definitely an amazing card if you're able to slot it in. It's a bit hefty to cast but that's nothing in a green deck. If you want to run it, 100& go for it.

This is probably a Kickass Deck, But Gosh Darn it has to be expensive.

Thanks! Yeah, but fortunately most of the budget is in the mana base. Almost no key cards for the deck are expensive. So it is possible to considerably lower the cost of the deck with some minor tweaks.

Moonmist don't work the dev talk about il in the description of d'Ay/night

Moonmist does work; it just works for werewolves that are NOT daybound/nightbound. Similarly, werewolves that aren't daybound/nightbound will NOT transform when it changes from day to night and vice versa. I explain that in the very beginning of the video. This is why I run both The Celestus AND Isochron Scepter + Moonmist. The first for the daybound/nightbound werewolves and the latter for the ones that aren't daybound/nightbound.
