too many people lock off on cleats and bollards when its not needed and like you say , it can be dangerous if you need to get it off in a hurry.

I’m just curious how this works with you getting paid for these tow jobs….. Do these people ever stiff you ? Or do they have to pay upfront? And what is a general cost of towing?
