Thank you so much for posting, I'm a trucker from Iowa US, watching your friends work is simply fascinating , They all seem to be craftsmen. I see so many comments about working in dresses or sandals, Just because they don't look or sound like what I'm used to, Doesn't mean they don't deserve my respect. In the end they all look healthy and still have all of there fingers and toes, Thank you again for your time and resources posting.

Yup, the way they sectioned and inserted the frame with an internal segment was the way we did the re-enforcing when I was at a Kenworth dealer....we just would order the section...these guys made one!! Great work, guys!!

Living in America ive been taught to hate and look down on these people and i sadly fell into it. After seeing what exactly what these people can do with limited tools has got me to change my thinking . These people are absolutely talented to the extreme no doubt about it . I have much respect for these artists and engineers and im deeply hurt that i have been lied to for many many years.

Even some sun glasses would help. I often wonder what the rate of eye damage etc. is..... I really like the videos though, especially since it’s out of necessity, and with the most basic of tools and work area. I have a ton of respect for these guys, they bust their butts for sure.

These guys look like butchers. For example, it is not recommended to cut chassis rails. They are often heat treated, and cutting them with oxy weakens the structure. They are also not meant to be welded. (I understand they have limited resources and money but their actions could lead to serious accidents)

Канечно что им ныть. У них круглый год лето, футболку надел и тусуйся. Живут в хибарах лачугах. И ипотекв не нужна. За день 5 доларов получил купил на них макарон в звбегаловке у дороги и живут как хрен знает кто. А так не ноют молодцы

@@StranikSDeveloper Такие "машины" на самом деле называют (назывались) матрешками. Но сейчас это уже неактуально и такое давно уже история. Это делалось только для обхода таможенных платежей. Но сейчас есть электронные базы кузовов, двигателей и трансмиссии и наконец VIN код. Регистрировать матрешку труднее уплаты пошлин. Пожалуй эта главная причина сушествования такой практики. А здесь же, внесение изменений в конструкцию, эдакий рациональный подход. Но жертва ходовые и прочие узлы авто

When you extend a chassie you should leave the inner chassie skin 12 inches longer than the cut you make on the front of the vehicle,s main chassie.when you slip in your extension chassie it lines up easy and you also have a stronger joint.and also on both joints if possible put in a cross member.this helps when the chassie twists on bad roads and under load.you CAN,T Rely on rivets and weld.

А что ты хотел, у них "такой технический культур - мультур" 😁 Всё равно двигатель не расчитан на такую нагрузку. Этой колымаге всё равно менять придётся, что нибудь каждый раз, кардан длинней стал и вибрация нарастает, значит подшипникам скоро трындец, тормоза уже заплакали со злости наверно. Но движку явно не долго осталось.😁😁😁

You guys would love what we throw away in America. Here, we replace parts because labor is so expensive. You guys save everything if possible. I like how you do things. I can only imagine what you could do with work boots, safety glasses, gloves, goggles , mig welders and other proper tooling.

Yeah, they'd do well and faster with slightly more up to date equipment... But the lack of safety is just appalling. The guy stick welding will likely be blind before he's 40, either from weld flash, or Oxy torching without goggles.

@@user-yf3tt4ub5pНе можешь ты этого представить, раз такое пишешь. Мне 59,всю жизнь сварка, механические работы, мазута, масло и так далее...в перчатках работать не могу, не могу ощущать инструмент, гайки, болты и тому подобное. Но руки вроде ничего, вполне нормальные.

10:00...Lock ring rims with tube type tires...I fixed plenty of those back when I was much younger. Almost everything here in the USA has been switched to tubeless tires. It is difficult to find a tire shop here that will actually fix one of these now.

Pakistanis are talented and hardworking Engineering people....... the various episodes/videos shown are the Proven track records to reflect my claim........They work under Hot sun, in the Rain and at the most unfavorable work place without any Safety Protections ..but they never show any sign of displeasure over their jobs.......They are working in a Heavy Industry environments with just their bare hands......

Just subscribed. Watching here to learn. My son is working on a Ford 350 Dump Truck with a rusted out floor and it helps to watch to see how other people have repaired it.
