I don't usually comment sa mga YT reviews but as someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, sobrang na-appreciate ko yung paggamit mo ng layman's terms at pag simplify ng mga technical terms. Yung ibang car reviewers kasi, naka bungad agad yung technical terms na mahirap intindihin and just doesn't make sense sa katulad ko na new driver. 😅 You don't assume to be an expert pero I can tell that you know very well about cars even at your age, you're entertaining at hindi masyado serious, very modest ka sa mga videos mo, that's why subscriber na ako. 😅 Thank you making car reviews entertaining and easy to understand for beginner drivers like me 😅

May I share you my experience? There were 4 of us in the car and it was a steep uphill climb… I shifted the gear to Power Mode lang. The car is really smart and well equipped. 😊

If u have the budget, get the more expensive one. Hybrid is a v variant. New update for 2022 is the grs variant for the cross.

@REAL RYAN, any plans to post updates on your TCC Hybrid on necessary accessories you've installed (eg dashcams, mats. etc)? There's not a lot of vids out there about TCC specific accessories. Also' looking for ideas kung saan pwede pagapangin yung cables without going through A pillar dahil sa side airbags.

For me , having a Dashcam is important because it can document the details of your trip especially if you meet an accident or supposedly run through any traffic violation. It records also speed of your car during unforeseen accidents. I was fortunate na yung nagkabit ng unit ko was able to seemleasly hide the wires from both front and back cameras. My Dashcam also has a 4k resolution so that even the plate number of other vehicle involved would be clear. This is my two-cents opinion on this.😊

Sana dumating na yun HEV namin ng wife ko. 🤣 One of the videos that convinced me to get the HEV instead of the G variant. Makakatipid pa in the long run. If you are unsure of the HEV i recommend everyone to test drive it to get a personal experience on it.

Pls comment on actual/real fuel cost savings of Toyota Cross Hybrid if there is. Also how about maintenance cost compared to the non-hybrid/CVT Toyota Cross? This will truly help in our decision on what car to buy. Grateful.

Hi sir, I'd like to help you out on this. Iba iba kasi ang gas consumption natin due to diff driving conditions. With comparison to my other cars, the corolla cross easily doubles the mileage. Assumingly I spend 1k on gas per week on Reg fuel car, 4k per month.. Easily 2k savings per month. Maintenance cost is the same with regular fuel engine. If I may suggest, if you can afford to buy the hybrid, go hybrid. It's like upgrading from Nokia to a smart phone.

City driving on Eco mode on adaptive cruise control at 40-60km per hour speed with aircon = 22km per liter Hi way driving Eco mode with aircon , on adaptive cruise control at 80 km per hour = 25km per liter

@@rsberdan you can't really go wrong when you buy corolla cross. a lot of people are blindsided by the good interior looks and price of azkarra. but the true advantage of toyota cross is functionality, design, safety, durability, toyota badge and lower cost of ownership which offset the price difference between the 2 cars.

As an avid viewer ni boss Ryan, budol na budol na ako sa hybrid. Pero plano ko kunin yung lower sibling ni TCC, T Yaris Cross hybrid lang. Sobra kasi mahal na ni TCC ngayon. Sana maging kasing sulit ng Yaris Cross S, first love ko kasi talaga si TCC dahil kay boss Ryan eh.

@@emersonchua1458 hi po. I own a 2021 Corolla Cross and I just recently went to Baguio last week with 3 other people in the car. It wasn't particularly hard going up. There was no traffic going up at the time so my speed going up was around 30 to 60 km/h minus the turns. Engine rev was definitely high especially in the steeper parts, damang dama mo talaga yung bigat ng sasakyan especially since I had 3 passengers and baggage pa. You really had to step on the accelerator. But I wouldn't call it hard, the car didn't struggle at all naman. Going downhill naman was so much easier with the help of the B gear or Engine Breaking. I didn't have to press the brakes that hard, it reduced stress on the brakes, and I had more control.

@@officialrealryan Tremendous mileage (47 mpg)! Would imagine above 50 mpg in 100% city driving. What does car window sticker or manual say about estimated city mileage? How much more does Hybrid version cost over ICE? Does your iPhone keep GPS signal all the time you’re using WAZE? Just as quick and easy to get your iPhone connected to info screen and your destination keyed in for a trip as a vehicle with built-in navigation?

When I really try to experiment get the most mileage, the best I've done is 51.7 MPG 😅 Here in Philippines, they don't usually put a sticker mileage bec it's almost unrealistic in Philippine traffic haha. Same din ba ito sa prius na may mode where you can use the aircon and power tapos pag lowbatt na nag o-on ang engine to charge the battery? May mga napapanood kasi akong vids where they use the prius as a camper. Overnight naka on ang aircon/heater, getting energy from the battery. From time to time mag o-on yung engine for a few mins to chargr the battery tapos off din ulit.

You can do that… but it will take a toll on your high voltage hybrid battery unnecessarily 😔

PMS ko with my TCC Hybrid for the past 2 years has been ranging around P5k-P6k . Since it has no spark plugs, fan belt, and alternator, most of PMS expenses has been on oil change and oil filter…
