Can see pretty well since it’s just a single post. Haven’t found a better way to capture the cluster but will be trying a couple other views in the future

Thanks for the video! Does adaptive cruise control work when in bumper to bumper traffic? Does it stop and go automatically based on the car ahead?

It can do stop and auto resume with a short pause/stop. I forget how many seconds. Otherwise it'll ask you to hit resume or tap the gas pedal and it'll start again,.

Thanks for this interesting video. What is your overall opinions for the driver assist? I have use the adaptive cruise control, works very well but I not tried the lane assist. Thanks

I think the overall suite of driver assist works pretty well. The lane assist doesn't feel like it's fighting with where I"m steering the car, even on curves. Some cars can get "angry" at the driver if the driver doesn't take a specific path on a curve. It's a nice to have system for sure.

We don’t have the RAV with us anymore but will try to grab it on our next car if equipped!

The rear view mirror in this video is disconcerting because it makes an illusion of cars approaching head on.

I think that's just from the ultra high angle/vantage point of our recording camera. From a driver perspective it doesn't have that feeling, at least in my opinion. Really think you'll see more of these on more and more SUVs/minivans in the future.

Yes, standard on both Primes.

In March 2022, no RAV4 Primes are available. You have order one with a year or so waiting list

It’s performing as it is intended, as a hands on driver aid. Toyota’s system is not a handsfree system like BlueCruise or Super/Ultra Cruise. It’s advanced over a more simplistic lane departure warning system.
