Won't be sold or imported by Toyota to the USA due to high import taxes. Even with a base price of 15k US, by the time the taxes and import fees are factored in, each champ/IMV 0 modular concept will be well into the 25k or higher price tag, and because of that, most likely wouldn't sell well because of that, cheap truck with a hefty price tag and limited variations. The only way to get around that would be to build a US centered variation of the champ/IMV 0 concept in the US factories, and build them around the current emissions requirements to be street legal in the US, and I don't see Toyota doing that anytime soon.. would be a major conflict to their line of Tacoma's and Tundra's here in the US. Would love to see a variation of the Champ built and sold here in the US and be 100% legal to drive on the road without a special license required, but won't happen unless Toyota builds them in the US like they do the Tacoma's, Tundra's and Camry's. Because it doesn't pass current US emission requirements, in the US they would be considered a UTV just like what the Kei mini trucks or the Mahindra Roxor is licensed as in most states. Which in most states you'll need a special vehicles license to be able to drive it on the road excluding interstates. I'd imagine you could purchase one out of country and import it yourself, seems to be the only way that could happen under the guise of being considered a UTV, legally.

GWM motors aren't electric only....the tank is hybrid and plug in hybrid. They a sub brand called ora that is all electric.

Many of the triumphs are made in Thailand too. My thruxton 1200r is made there. (My actual bike was in the movie ant man and the wasp) my wife calls my bike my girlfriend so both my wife and girlfriend were made in Thailand :)

There is not a single new truck to be purchased for $15k in the USA. I just bought a 2016 Silverado Crew Cab 1500 with 104,000 miles for $22,000.00

I've driven some new Hyundai Ionic 5's doing import/export and when you put those things in sport mode they fly! I mean really suck you into your seat, so I can imagine their electric sports car slaps. You are spot on it totally looks straight out of Cyberpunk 2077

we call that the toyota tamaraw in the philippines (tamaraw is a mindoro dwarf bufallo and that line of pickups and mini suvs were the workhorses in the PH way back)

Great Vlog. It fascinates me how the old classics like the Datsun 240 Z or a Healey 3000 are getting so desirable now. I had them in the UK in my 20s, which was in the 1970's. A lot of fun at that age and that far less restricted time, not to mention lots of girls wanting to ride in them. Question, why would the electric 'Tank' need a snorkel? Maybe it says a lot about the difference between function and image as priorities.

Forged carbon looks like a particle board version of carbon fiber i really don't get how that became a popular option vs carbon fiber with weave that takes real care to lay the pattern carefully

But When normally carbon fiber are all over the place, people always love to change to the new things just do not want to be similar to another people and they thought it's cool. they probably thought that people always love the normal carbon fiber that has nothing to showed now they changed to the new kind of carbon that has a marble patterns on it. The Datsun 240 with the wide body kit, I'd like to see someone try n put fuel in it! The widebody kit sticks out way to far for the petrol pump snout to go in it! If yuh do that do it right & move the Fuel Filler position & fill that ugly gap in!!

The funny thing about the Hyundai is that once you take out the ice. And it becomes a electric motor quality conversation it allows them to compete in yhis new electric realm where before ICE . Well nobody is gonna supoort ICE in the aftermarket..
