It's amazing how big of a difference 3 little lights can make to the look of the front end. They should do this from the factory! Looks good! It would look cool to have a few under the tailgate too

Looks great man. I would upgrade the headlight and foglight bulbs for Led ones. Much better at night and looks also better. Keep it up👍

Any thought on putting in the 10Amp INJ fuse? Saw on other video site this would keep the raptor lights on with battery on both on DRL/Headlights.

Did you end up posting the updated video? Curious if splicing into the green/pink factory wires worked? Im having problems . My right DRL turns off with the headlights on...

so i have a 2019 SR5 (no white LED DRLS). i spliced the pink wire on both running lights and added a diode on both. what happens is i can have my Grille lights on on DRL, and on Headlights on. turn signals also work and grille lights don't blink. However if i turn my grille lights off completely and turn on a turn signal the grille lights blink with the indicator. been trying to find a way around it with my truck but havn't been successfull yet so i just leave the grille lights on all the time!

Where did you get your add a fuse the one I bought isn’t deep like yours my stock fuse won’t fit. Will a longer regular 10 amp fuse work if you put two of those in the add a fuse?

I did something like this, for 2nd Gen tacoma its a lot easier to splice it to the head light wire.

I’ve seen other people place the add-a-fuse to the “INJ” fuse in the fuse box. Allows them to be on with the DRL 😬

Instead of rewiring and splicing into another wire, just move the add a fuse to an ignition circuit. One that turns on when the ignition is on and is not controlled by a button switch or relay. Much easier.

Yeah would be easier, but then the lights are on at all times. You can control the DRLs / have all lights off if you want, which would be nice functionality to still have.

Lol it’s all very similar! I got my start working on cars, that why when I started working on bikes, I was already kind of comfortable. Plus bikes are much easier to work on! And cheaper, haha

HOA's are not that bad. it keeps the riff raff out , and also not having to worry about land or building maintenance. only thing is, is having to pay a monthly fee. which that is ok .

I still can't believe you can't do simple a simple fix in your own drive! So if you come out to a flat tire you have to call a tow, not just make a tire swap yourself?

Pretty much. When I was doing lawn care, an HOA signed on with my company, and Just as I showed up with my crew for the first mow, an HOA official came out, and stopped me. He said that I couldn't mow the properties if I had greased my deck spindles. Since it was an every other day thing, I was not able to do that property. I charged them a cancellation fee, and lost out. I refused taking on other HOA's after that. It's seriously messed lol. Avoid them at all costs.

Came out to a flat once. Jacked car up, took off wheel, took wheel and tire to get repaired. Came back and they just noticed it and said it had to be towed. Told them I already got it fixed and put the wheel back on. They were upset, but nothing they could do at that point! Lol, HOA’s suckkkkkkk
