Thank you for this video. I was looking for confirmation that several of the ports have the ability to be setup as the WAN connection at time 7:07. I want to set the 10 Gbps SFP+ back to my switch.

There are not that many consumer routers that have the 10gb WAN. Ordered this with new 8gb fiber internet being installed in a few days. Will update on how it does.

It has some nice additions (like the quad-band if you use mostly Wireless), however I like the PWM fan and the larger number of 1gig ports built into the AX89X. By the way, I am currently using the AX89X. A friend of mind asked me to do a review of his AXE16000, so it is running at his place right now.

For the nearly $500 this costs, an OPNSense or pfSense box could be built and external Access Points purchased. I gave uo on consumer wifi routers long ago. There is always some sort trade off that has to be dealt with. That being said, i appreciate the video. This could potentially be useful if someone wants a consumer router, and wont consider alternatives. Unfortunately, there are no 10G WAN options here for consumers.

I am not really familiar with the modem, however if it uses TCP/IP over the fiber connection then it should work fine. One thing - what is the speed of that fiber port - 1G, 2.5G or something else?

Any updates? I have 3gb internet and this seems to be the right ticket. Or can you recommend a good switch with 5Gb or 10gb? Both my PC'S have 10Gb adapters and I want to use my full 3Gb internet.

i wild like you to enable access control and chose allow list for your mobile after you do that i want you to try connect other phone to guest network and let me know if connect or not because my tp-link router ax23 it block any guest phone to connect to guest wifi and force me to register on white list
