Rufus is truly smug just an antagonist from what it seems like. I wondered why he joined Ironbloods in the end of Sen 2 but this game answers this.

Rufus? Smug? All he needs is a pair of shades, a god complex, and utter the words: “Complete. Global. Saturation.” and you complete the package. If his Wesker voice ain’t enough, shades will complete him.

On one hand, it must be fate that Class VII fights Osborne’s Ironbloods, on the other hand, payback time against Rufus for beating Class VII back in Cold Steel 2.

can someone explain to me what claire related to rean? or just claire being inlove with rean. The relative theory is finally put an end though.

She sees Rean as a replacement for her dead little brother because of the Rieveldt's dying to a car crash. Michael, Claire's cousin, calls her out on it and Claire now starts seeing Rean as Rean rather than her replacement little brother. Then the kiss on the cheek happens.

Kinda, though it's not clear if they're all going to stay aligned with Osbourne in the following game (well, Rufus probably will, but Claire and Lechter are less certain).
