@MegaSim I figured out why it takes so long. There is a glitch that when you sit in the engineers seat, it TURNS OFF the front two locos. In other words, only the little guy at the back is doing anything. To help the process, while waiting at beginning, start the front two.

It seems to be a decent map so far. Having grown up in Altoona, and right up the street from the shops, they’ve done a decent job. Only issues I’ve noticed is the express way near the train station downtown Altoona is one way traffic to the west. Then I noticed the RR crossing arms don’t go down. Maybe in the future, Skyhook will create an expansion to Harrisburg and add an Amtrak pack for it.

😆😆🤣 Fantastic episode Sim! btw, to be fair I know ppl have issues starting long trains at Sherman Hill coz they dont realize how pressure works so I guess this is to make sure you know that you need to wait.

@@poorhouz5051 I just did the Sherman hill & that was brutal! I'd be flying along then in about three places I'd get stuck. The BP was charged all the way to the rear but getting moving again was a nightmare, is there some kind of trick there?

The problem with this training module was that the ES44ACs weren't running, so the compressor wasn't working.

I've done this in another greedy dovetail DLC you just either use the Banking comm to set your top desired pressure OR slam on either the independent or automatic brakes while running the throttle and you'll complete the task! If neither of above techniques aren't done good luck trying anything else!

When you press ctrl 0 and it just shows the speedometer you need to go into first person to fix it

The brake sounds in wagons. Definitely not getting this route. Same issue with a German route with brakes issues

AND You’ll probably have to walk back to the engine before the final release.😉 Scenarios are a bit annoying because you have to do EXACTLY as they tell you and not before they tell you. You should probably not have set up the rest of the controls BEFORE.😉

Scenarios and Journeys are the highlight of the game TO ME. It's challenging that's all. Plus it's real don't you want that. I'm confused. 🤣🤣

@@MegaSim it says to watch the brake pressure in the loco, spent 2 hours on it this morning...... lucky I was listening to a long podcast ...... then got fed up and just exited the game. Trying an actual intermodel route now..... let's see how that works out 🤣
