The smith machine at my gym has really big safety things so I cant get low enough

you can try adding plates or elevated block to create more room to get lower

The only supplements that I take are protein powder, pre-workout, a multivitamin, an omega 3 vitamin, BCAA's, and creatine monohydrate! That being said, I am a natural athlete 😁
