Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 235. More incremental strength gain. Very tired mentally. Burnt out. I am sick of my job. I will keep going, because I need the money to leave here.

FULL SESSION:
3x5 weighted dips
+86.25kg/190.1lbs
(196.25kg/432.6lb total weight)
3x3 push press @ 100kg/220lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure

You ever think with the pec/ shoulder strains you could be getting some overuse from the same session with no variation twice a week? Just an idea, obviously tweaks are also just part of training hard

It's totally possible, but I'm too stuck in a rut right now to experiment with anything. Some big changes coming up in my life though, so we'll see.

Pretty sure he works at a warehouse of some sort, he's talked about having to move lots of boxes, talks about how they have to be shipped and also that they get very busy during certain seasons like Christmas so
