About a 2 week's notice ... well that can be positive or negative for both sides, can't it? It's not always great when you can be kicked within a short period. Sure in your case I understand you want it to be over as fast as possible. Don't worry you'll pass this last month as well and then you can look forward.

Never mind just saw the other comment. Take care
@drasxusАй бұрын
@@Buddydegroot My training is pretty customized for my own needs and work life, bottom line IMO is that you need 3 or more training days a week, with 1-2 main lifts, 1-2 accessories and 1-2 higher volume bodybuilding type movements for solid overall development. Since my job is very legs/back heavy I tend not to focus on legs much aside from doing cardio and conditioning every few days. The most important thing to do rn is for you to pick what you're gonna do and commit to it before trying to figure out the exact details because you can adjust your choice of movements and accessories at any point. I hope it works out for you and thank you for the comment!

@drasxus not a bad routine at all, you ever consider incorporating some deadlifts or anything else like you seemed to do a while back?
@drasxusАй бұрын
@@davetheman2538 I really want to do deadlift again but my back is always beat to pulp from work and I feel like shit just warming up for it. I really should be doing it though.

Hey Drascus, I saw in your recent video that you mentioned that your left elbow/wrist were giving you some trouble. I recommend you watch this video @ 0.25x speed from 04:52 and pay close attention to your form. The left shoulder does not go as deep into the dip as the right shoulder. You also lead the dip with your right side. I'm not sure if this is because you were already aware of left arm issues/pain in this video and therefore you were subconsciously protecting the left arm by putting more load into the right arm. Anyways, just an observation. Keep up the good work.
@drasxusАй бұрын
Thanks for the tip - I am aware of this, my shoulders are not equally mobile because of a very old injury in my left, I'm fairly certain I tore something around 8-9 years ago and it's never been the same since.
@lukes5631Ай бұрын
Do you do any Y-raises or shoulder external rotation movements?
