1か月くらい続けています。最近やっとバテないで最後までできるようになりました。腰に負担がかからず腹筋が鍛えられてありがたいです♪

続けて3週間経った頃から、確実にお腹周りの脂肪が減りました!短時間でそれほど辛くなくこの結果は、すごいです!

お腹よりもなによりも、肩と腕が痛い🥺 プランクめちゃくちゃ苦手で、他の方のプランクメニューは時間も長く、キツすぎて最後までできないのですがオガトレさんの動画はギリギリ耐えられるメニューでめちゃくちゃ効いてるきがします!👏

いつも素敵な動画をありがとうございます! 毎朝プルプルしながらプランク持続させている間、娘(6)と息子(3)が私の腕と腹の下を容赦なくくぐり抜けてトンネルごっこをしてくるので、お腹をさらに凹ませようとより負荷がかかっていい感じにお腹にキています(笑) これからもわが子ともども動画のお世話になりつつ鍛えていきたいと思いまーす!

I even had to replay the video a few seconds back multiple times in order to get the position correct and maintained in accordance with the video 😭. But fortunately, I was able to prevail and recreate the positions and movements done in the video, with some struggle, albeit. But considering this is my first time reenacting the video's exercise, I actually enjoyed doing it (even if it hurt a little 😓), so I'd say it went pretty well for my first day!! 😁 Day 4 - Took the day off in order to celebrate my sister's birthday 🥳 with my family (also felt a little lazy admittedly 😅). But to make up for resting early, I'll only take rest for 1 day instead of 2 (currently writing this on Day 5) and perform these exercises for 5 consecutive days! 🤩 Day 11 - Pheeeww 😮‍💨. Ended up surpassing my original endeavor of 5 days to 6 straight of intensive exercise 😅 😆. DEFINITELY gonna rest for 2 days before going back at it (though I'll go back to my stretches and extensive walking for day 12 to maintain health) 👍. Day 24 - It's been a while since my last entry into the Progress Journal, hasn't it 😆. Well, my physical activity has been AMAZING since my last entry, as my daily walks are far longer than before and have been consistent with performing these more intense exercises 💪🔥. In fact, it's been going so well, that I decided to take up the Ogatore's recommendation at the end of his video and will continue forward to practice this exercise twice a day until my 35 days have been accomplished!! I initially dismissed the idea of doing this intense exercise twice a day because my body, admittedly, felt some fatigue at the start of this exercise journey. I wanted to avoid overworking my body by going beyond my physical threshold and possibly hurting myself. Buuuuuuuut, now that I've improved my diet, rest periods, and adjusted myself physically to my current exercise routine, I know that I'm capable now of pulling off this exercise twice a day! With this, I'll be sure to push myself harder and harder moving forward so that I can surpass my physical limits 💪🤩🔥. Day 46 - WOOOOHOOOO 🎉🎉, another Exercise Journey completed!! 😁 Even pushed myself to perform my intense exercise routine for a 6th day in a row in honor of it being my last (for this Exercise Journey). Although the results this time around were more mild than before, though this Core Body Build exercise wasn't as intense/lengthy as the last. But still! I felt that this exercise was much more suited to my physical state, especially once I began performing it twice a day, where it definitely proved a bit exhausting 😩. After following this exercise routine for 35 days, a noticeable amount of my body fat (particularly the stomach area) reduced while my arm muscles solidified in strength some more 💪🔥. This exercise, though exhausting at some points, was enjoyably diverse in positions and actions. I'll be sure to return to this one someday!! 😁 Overall, I feel VERY satisfied with this Exercise Journey, easily becoming my favorite of yet! I've never felt more motivated to exercise everyday than now!! 💪🔥 I've grown to enjoy pushing myself to achieve a minimum of 10,000 steps (about 8 kilometers) per day, but I typically manage to travel an extra 3,000-5000 steps 🤩. Additionally, I decided to further extend the amount of stretching I performed each day to further increase my flexibility and decrease my fatigue buildup! Among these stretches even included Ogatore's 180° leg split stretches (which I previously loafed 😅) from my last Exercise Journey, which I ultimately performed almost each day! 😩😆 And I'm ESPECIALLY proud of my own consistency with maintaining a weekly exercise routine that kept me physically active without unhealthily driving my body to exhaustion and pain! Even if my physical improvement didn't come out as grand as I'd expect, I felt much more comfortable with the intense exercises I decided to do this time around! My body was much more prepared to handle these exercises without much pain or soreness, but remained challenging enough to make me sweat with pride!! 💪🔥🤩 Although I've been pushing myself and struggling with constantly performing these intense exercises from Ogatore these past few months, I'm absolutely proud of the results I've come to achieve these past few months!! 😆 I've burned lots of body fat, greatly strengthened my core body muscles, greatly improved my flexibility, and improved my stamina to where I almost never felt exhausted after performing some stretches and exercise!! And of course, much thanks to EVERYONE who went through the effort to read through my recordings here (especially if you kept up with my previous 2 Exercise Journeys), I hope you enjoyed this journey as much as I did!!! 😆🤩 And I WILL CONTINUE MY PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT WITH YET ANOTHER EXERCISE JOURNEY!!!! 🥳🥳🥳 I've already an idea of which intense exercises, alongside some stretches, I'll be performing for my 4th Exercise Journey. Though that'll be after my 2-3 day break (length depending on my schedule and physical state/recovery from soreness) from these intense exercises. But I'll still be keeping up with my daily stretches and walk activity during this break period, of course. Until then, thanks once more for lending me your time 😁, and I hope you'll continue, or even start, to strive towards a stronger, slimmer, and more flexible body as I, too, will be moving forward from here on! 💪🔥 🤵🏵️

毎日はできない時もあったけど1.2日に1回ペースで続けてたら、太ってボタンが閉まらなかったSサイズのスキニーがこの間履けるようになってました!しかもゆとりがある!!すごい! これからも他のトレーニングと合わせて続けていきたいです♪

いつもオガトレしてましたが最近足裏が痺れると思ったら 脊柱管狭窄症と言われてしまいました。 元々反り腰でした。ショックで。 今は足裏が痺れる感じですが痺れを取ることはできませんか?
