Hey Lisa, I really appreciate this podcast! I'm especially interested in the info you mentioned from 9:11 - 9:58, regarding the proper preparation before class, which should be "dynamic mobilizers and activation exercises", as I def feel how stiff my muscles are after sitting for hours right before I go to my class. Is there anywhere you elaborate on this? I'd be really interested to know what exercises are good before class. xx

I never knew the SIJ had an influence on turnout, but it makes sense when you think about it. I'd love to learn more about this! How exactly do the SIJs affect turnout, and are the ways or tests you can use to tell if they're having an inhibiting effect at all?
