You could buy the DMY Pharaonic Add On kit for RID Megatron instead buy the R.E.D one

Nah, man. Get the APC one. It's the best one so far, for the character and from the company. Between all the money you already spent on paint, the 2 figures and the time invested, that other figure is cheaper and better in every way. Is also based on the Deluxe First Edition figure so, technically, it's a Hasbro mold.

the shoulder pads on the rid megatron is not as gnarly and large as the R.E.D one

I like the silhouette the back kibble wings add to the Voyager to compensate. I think the official transformation is to have them fold down but I like how majestic it looks when it’s almost part of the shoulder pads.
