I mean not really, while yes I wish they would have given him more lines and Screen-time, his death was a key part of Sentinel's plan, Sentinel killed him out of fear, if he had survived Sentinel would never be able to pull his plans off, Sentinel would be overwhelmed because of Ironhide and Optimus considering how strong the both are, If he had survived there would have been no third movie, if he survived, he would probably flee and protect the pillars, with the help of N.E.S.T. and the other Autobots, they could have easily killed Sentinel and the rest of the Decepticons, however I will say he was one of the best characters, all the original movie one characters, because they had dignity and would respect Optimus, now we have characters with wrecking balls for testicles and talk in racist lingo's. I liked Ironhide because he wasn't a smart ass.

i think having sentinel kill him was a mistake because lets be honest sentinel......nobody cared about him i think shockwave shouldve killed him and have sentinel kill mudflap and skids since nobody liked them and shockwave couldve been shown as more of a threat and main decepticon rather than the useless bot he is in the movie

Canadian Bacon dude none of the autobots are racist. In movie 1 it was explained that they get their speech patterns from the internet. Jazz must have been on BET, mudflap and skids may have seen friday or the boondocks. Drift probably saw a lot of japanese culture. And the reason the newer autobots are smartasses is because drift is a former decepticon and crosshairs and hound are just gunners. But i do think they deserve more screentime.

Well he was dead for the majority of RotF In DOTM he was investigating something, betrayed by sentinel, and the entire chicago battle happened AoE his kind was being hunted down TLK he was brainwashed the majority of the movie I think he has reasonable justification for not being as chill

Two films later: "YOU DIE!!!! YAH!!!!" *rips eye out*

In the first movie, he prevented a war on Earth. In the second movie, he was killed and called weak, which almost costed Sam's life. In the third movie, humans were starting to betray him. He got later on betrayed by Sentinel, and almost got his crew killed by a decepticon-human alliance. This costed the destruction of a whole city, and the beginning of a war. In the fourth movie, humans have betrayed him again, but went too far by wanting to kill those who saved them. Sam didn't make it. Once again, a human-alien aliance caused this. In the fifth movie, he became the vilain after being manipulated by its own creator. In a potential sixth movie, his plan to protect Earth almost failed because of Unicron. If ROTB's Unicron is Bayverse's Unicron, Optimus Prime plan to save everyone failed. So him getting more and more violent is not justified, but understandable.
