Transformers Universe remastered with machine learning video game ai. So this 1 was a blast to do because Transformers Universe was an awesome video game that ended abruptly. Thankfully machine learning video game ai can recapture that awesomeness while updating the visuals in 4k. The gameplay was somewhat similar to other multiplayer battle arena games such as Dota 2 or League of Legends; however, there were no lanes or creeps, and the game was played from a third person perspective. Players picked from a roster of warriors and went head to head in battles to capture points or to annihilate the other team. Although the game featured several Prime characters in minor roles, new introductions to the Prime mythos such as Prowl and Switchblade took center stage. Transformers Universe is a cancelled free to play browser based massively[sic] online tactical action game, or MOTA, developed by Jagex. A few years back Jagex released these awesome cinematic trailers. And while they look good now they could stand to look a little better.

I remember on one of your videos you said how us fans know that transformers could be so much better than it is, meaning quality of movies/games, (aka FOC and WFC, when given love) but money seems to be the only motivation/goal most of the time... my, how true that statement has been throughout the years...

Actually got to play this for 2 weeks or so I remember creating an account a full year before the game would be released online The hype was real And the gameplay was somewhat delivering albeit they promised full character customisation when they first revealed it

I had the chance to play it back then and yes it's an amazing game.. if some developers would like to continue this "project" their microtransactions should be at least not RNG (gambling) based.. at least you can buy skins or weapons with assured chance and stats.. just imo

Remember playing the beta version of this game. Lay on the floor and try not to cry. Cry hard. . Gosh I remember playing this, Sparkscape and Showdown were my favourite bots. Sparkscape with his flamethrowers, and showdown with his charge cannon and hammer.

I’ve never heard of this game till now 😩 they need to make a new Transformers game!! It’s been literally like 53 years since we’ve had a new TF game, hopefully a reveal comes out soon 🤞🏽. I would love to see more triple changers that can ACTUALLY transform into 3 things in the game.. if I remember right, Drift back in RoTDS he could only transform into his car 🚗 mode but not in helicopter 🚁 mode. But most importantly we need a new TF game asap, pronto, faster than the way Blurr speaks.. etc.

I honestly never even knew this game existed but it's interesting to see them take inspiration from both Prime and the Cybertron games. Having not seen this before I originally thought it was an mmorpg which got me really wanting one similar to what DC Universe is, a game where you can make your own bot, choose a side and fight for said side. I'd by that game in a heartbeat!

man, I remember playing this when I was 8 (since i was 8 i didn't know about the cancelation) it was fun I would play every day after school man it was a blast until that dreaded day in January when the game got sent to it grave I really hope Jagex knows that they pissed off oh I don't about a couple 100,000 people or more when that happened!!! if there is someone that can bring this game back to life or make a game similar to it then please be my gust

There was alot of management changes in jagex and they kept changing the ideas for the game as it was mobaish on pvp and PvE was just instance based. They didn't know what route to take and Hasbro wanted their say too

I beta'd this game and it was super fun!! Think Transformers DOTA with some PvE activities as well. It was a great game and set in the Transformers Prime universe!

I loved playing with meltdown, showdown and Sparkscape. God when meltdown and showdown would team up, multdown would lock the targets down, and then showdown with his hammer and fast charge special. I remember hitting then numbers 3 and 4 on the keyboard, you knew the other decepticon had a very, very bad day😅

I was only able to play about a month before it shut down. So while the game did have a good amount of content, and nice transformers models (and this awesome trailer!), it did have some issues. Connection, multiplayer pvp was nonexistent, the one raid I entered was just finishing up, each character had distinct weapon distances so sometimes if decepticon grunts spawned as harassing goons, they would often spawn in an area that only long range weapons could hit since they had to come down from their spawn point. Also I did have to grind currency to buy bots, my favorites would’ve been the females on both sides, just to be different. So in total I would say it would be…. 6/10. Not awful, but really in beta and it sadly died in beta.

A lot of people saying they encountered bugs with the game, I didn't - loved the maps, had a blast playing it, loved the character models. I was really excited to see where this was going - nowhere, apparently. One of the very few f2p games I actually paid money to buy characters. Was really hoping to see Hasbro do toy versions of them as well.

How do you do this Machine learning AI remastering stuff. I mean what software or what process does it take. This whole thing seems pretty cool.

You gotta take the original video and cut it frame by frame into individual images. Then you run those images through a remastering software. I use Gigapixel. After all of the images have been upscaled you stitch them back together in a video editing software.
