Why do corporations ruin almost everything , is it just for monetary gain, and not for telling a story?Some games don't need a story like retro arcade games ,Super Mario's stories are really vauge to non-existent , and literally every 2-D pac man game except for one, maybe 2 that we shouldn't talk about cus it's not relevant rn.Transformers is not one of those franchises ,so really if they are making it the best thing we can do is wait and hope they know what they're doing , sometimes it works, and sometimes a movie like the rise of Skywalker comes out and ruins everything ,the reason being Disney's modo with movies nowadays being "fan service first , money second, and an actual good story that could sell well and wrap up the saga with a happy ending that is full of actual meaning and isn't nonsensicaly terrible? . . . . . Well Chewbacca's dead you like that?" Or we could sign petitions to start printing the game again, or something completely out of nowhere will happen which will lead to the creation of a new official sequel to FoC but either way rn the best we can do is keep the game we have now alive by all means necessary for as long as possible.Because a story can come from anywhere but a good one will always keep getting read, seen ,or listened to. I mean take it from the guy who's still waiting for Pikmin 4, I'm being optimistic that they are gonna announce at least something even though it's been years.But it's better than saying it's not possible.

ROTDS was terrible, and it wasn't even a sequel. It tried to fill in gaps where there were no gaps to fill, and made a mess of the series.
