My 21 months old baby felt from the 6 steps we took ct brain scan in that the impression like this Fracture/suture diastasis of left parietal bone is there any problem sir

Sorry to hear that. It depends on how he is. And there is a risk of a delayed bleed as well so consider a repeat scan after a 2-3 week period if any concern. Best wishes

Sir can we use cannula instead of trochar for long term (eg.1-2 days) for pneumothorax.

It’s not ideal as it kinks and won’t drain continuously
