You're going to love it! I didn't take my first cruise until 2013. Make sure you buy a few of those nice, big beach towels while you're onboard. They are great at home. Just check with your cabin boy. Also, check the schedules as there's always something fun to do happening on the ship. Don't get sunburned! Have fun!

Fun fact... the park president of the Hurricane Harbor in Spring, TX is the same park president as Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio! (At least, he was. 🤔 But...we haven't heard otherwise so, yeah)

@@Savagemister yes, it’s a great place to eat at. Also across the interstate is a great restaurant called “I-45 restaurant” & it’s a great place to eat as well.

Yup, they have great food, but I wish they hadn't painted over the mural, that was on the north facing outside wall, they did that sometime in 2015. 🤦
