Although forbidden for Americans Cuba is probably the safest place in the western hemisphere. The men to female ratio is ridiculous and it's the easiest place to get a woman without them being a prostitute. you don't even have to speak spanish

I’m 36 and I went to Nashville last year as a solo trip for four days and I will tell you the girls there are absolutely gorgeous and everyone’s so easy-going and friendly

I wouldn’t recommend Cancun to anyone. Overpriced and not safe like it used to be. It’s a tourist trap.

ANY cruise ship! Always have dinner in the MDR and say you want to share a table with other guests! After dinner there are lots of bars for a drink and if you're not a wimp there are bands for dancing. Oh, BTW, LEARN HOW TO DANCE! You'll beat out 80% of the other guys who are gutless wall flowers!! You don't have to fly 1000 miles to meet ladies!!

You've gotta have Brazil on this list. São Paulo and Rio have proved highly successful for meeting beautiful women that are up for having fun, especially with gringos.

I stayed in various places each time I’ve visited. You can stay in a hostel or hotel when you arrive and search for somewhere more permanent when you’re there, depending on how long you’re staying. There are meet up events to socialize and meet women. My best advice is to always be switched on to approach women, whenever and wherever. I walked past a bar in Bogota the other day and saw a beautiful woman sitting at the bar on her own. I stopped and said to myself “go and say hello”. I did and we spent the night together! If you don’t say hello, you’ll never know.

I was right, about Tennessee. Women in the west coast are intoxicated. Colombia, since I'm Latino, 2nd option

I went to a tourist-y town in Mexico. The food was fantastic and the locals were all proper friendly, whether they were working or having a beer at the next table.

Colombia, despite being theoretically Catholic, has a very sex-positive culture, and the women are more beauty-conscious (or at least they spend more on beauty-related services and products). If you carefully looked at all cultures throughout history, I think you might find that countries that require more clothing tend to be a bit more reserved, sexually, but I don't know if proper science has been done, and it's probably not a big pri for anybody.
