Stunning Singapore | River Cruise, History, Gardens By The Bay |

While one day is not enough to explore the exciting city of Singapore, we did our best! We started with a walk through Gardens by the Bay including the incredible Supertrees. From Gardens by the Bay, we could see Marina Sands Hotel with the ship on top and The Singapore Flyer ferris wheel. Next, we took a Singapore River Cruise where we could see old Singapore like the Fullerton Hotel and Boat Quay and new Singapore like Marina Bay and the Financial District. We also saw the icon of Singapore, The Merlion Statue. After an amazing buffet lunch at The Fullerton. Hotel, we headed to Universal Singapore on Sentosa Resorts Island. At the end of our day in Singapore, we got to see the evening lights on the Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Hotel and the Supertrees. What a place! It really is beautiful and I need to go back! Of course, another place I need to visit again is Australia!! We only got to see a few ports but my sister and I both loved Australia and I've warned Steve that we need a very long holiday to explore your amazing country!! Thanks so much for watching.

Gardens by the Bay looks like a fantastic place to explore. A river cruise is a great way to tour a city and get the feel of the place - especially if you don't have a lot of time in the city to explore everything. Singapore really is a beautiful city. Interesting that they built a ship on top of the hotel towers. And the flower shape of that building. They are really creative with their architectural designs. I don't know if I love it - but it certainly isn't boring. I have never heard of a merlion before. That lunch spot was fancy! I enjoyed seeing your Universal Studios video. How long did you actually get to stay in Universal? Thanks for sharing Singapore with us!

I really want to go back to Gardens by the Bay, there was so much there to see and do...and I feel the same about Singapore. I loved every minute, especially Universal. They need a Far, Far Away in the US! We were there for 4-5 hours. We did a few rides and walked around the whole park. I have dreams of that buffet lunch, it was amazing and I now want to stay at that hotel....just don't tell Steve or he'll look up the prices! ha ha. Thanks so much for coming along with us!
