What an amazing, historic place to visit. The 6th century map mosaic map is impressive work. The scenery here is stunning! Love the book of love monument! What a discovery it would be if they found Moses’ burial site someday. 120, wow! The desert landscape is impressive. Love how you explain everything as you go. The holy land, wow. Love seeing the memorial church of Moses. Very impressive inside. Love seeing the museum too. Awe the pup sleeping in the shade is way too cute, don’t want to disturb his nap hehe! Wow the salt levels in the Dead Sea are crazy! What a neat experience to get to see it. Thanks for bringing us, what a truly incredible experience you had! 😊💕

Wow! These Roman Ruins are so impressive and look incredible still for how ancient they are. What a dream to see. The Arch of Hadrian is HUGE! The above ground tombs are impressive and yet eerie at the same time. The oil press! How fascinating! The oval plaza itself is huge and so impressive to see all those columns still standing. Love the bag piper playing in the theatre, that is such a neat experience. Amazing to see what's still standing of the Temple of Zeus and how important this temple was. seeing the sacrifice place is quite chilling to think about. Amazing video and tour!! Thank you so much for sharing with us :)

These ruins were amazing. I really had no idea what to expect and was blown away! I was in a bit of shock at the bagpiper! ha ha. It was so 'together' that you felt like you could see how it was used in ancient times. Thank you so much for watching, so glad you enjoyed it!

Does this ship have the ability to close the top over the pool for cold weather in Alaska?
@TravelswithVandSteve
@TravelswithVandSteve 3 күн бұрын
No it doesn't. I took an NCL cruise to Alaska in June years ago and we sat outside for breakfast every morning it was so mild. When it's cooler, the observation lounge is a good indoor space to sit and watch things. Most ships have an indoor pool too. Hope this helps!

This is an amazing historical site. The chariot marks and butcher's knife marks were fascinating to see. The columns were huge! A lot of those ruins are in great condition. @TravelswithVandSteve
@TravelswithVandSteve 22 күн бұрын
You can do the drive in a day if you start early. We did a little one evening, then the rest the next day. The south part (what looks like a tail of a flat fish on a map) doesn't really have decent roads so we went to the surfing area, then back the main body of the fish and around. It's well worth driving around, what a beautiful place! Thanks for watching.

Another fascinating place you have shared with us here. Salalah has such a fascinating history. And Salalah is also fun to say. It was so cool that you got to see Job's (possible) tomb. Job is believed to have lived 4000 or more years ago so that is a really old tomb if that is where he is buried. Seeing the desert terrain and the camels was really cool. I imagine viewing from the golf cart was better than walking through the desert. Thanks for sharing Oman with us!
