@@mas5867 You’re making no sense. Never mind the foolishness of what Roddy did. If the Mcmichael’s thought that Ahmaud had really stolen anything, there was no reason for them to go after him with guns. 1. Travis never saw him reach into his pants on the 11th. That was a lie. Who reaches for a gun and then runs away. 2. They had multiple other options to resolve the situation other than approaching him with a gun.

They thought they had picked like-minded folks when they were eliminating the black people from the process, but the very people they felt would be biased were just the opposite. That was a very fair and just verdict. Thanks to the Lord, jurors, prosecutors, judge, and Mrs. Wanda Cooper- Jones/Mr. Marcus Arbery. Now there's more to be locked away for the parts they played in this hateful act. Their BUTTS are literally out.

Travis McMichael told several lies on the stand. 1) He said the reason why he didn't pursue Arbery when he allegedly saw him at the open site 2 weeks prior to the homicide was because he's, "NOT gonna chase after a person IF I THINK THEY'RE ARMED" Wow!! That's a lie & contradiction because he told police the day he killed Arbery that the reason they chased him with guns was because they "THOUGHT HE WAS ARMED" 2) He said he saw Arbery coming straight at him "like a running back". Well I guess he don't watch too much football because it's clear as day that Arbery was running at a jogging pace based on the evidence of the video! AND his testimony completely contradicts what he told police the day he killed him because both he & his dad told investigators that Arbery "appeared to be getting tired" and that Arbery "knew we had him trapped like a rat" 3) Travis testified when he was pursuing Arbery that he "asked" him to "please stop we wanna talk to u" Well that's not what his dad said to the detectives. Because the detectives said that Greg McMichael admitted to shouting at Arbery to "Stop running or I'll blow ur f@cking head off!" I could go on & on with more, but the prosecution will get into all that & more when they cross examine this guy tmrw

@@BokushingusKendoTV you totally missed the point. I was using this as a hypothetical example of deputizing myself with a weapon and confronting a criminal or suspected criminal trying to be a hero which is often a motive for incidents like this. Likely these two wanted to “play hero” and that is why they confronted a suspected criminal with weapons. McMichael sounds like he is clearly bragging of his “Red Man Training” in the testimony. They likely wanted fame as heroes and likely set this up from the get-go thinking they could hone their training skills as vigilantes. Likely Ahmaud fought because the McMichaels confronted him as if they were white supremacists lynching him from a pickup truck with an armed man standing in the back. Ahmaud likely thought he was being lynched by them which is why he chose to go out fighting. They likely decided to use Ahmaud as a target to hone their training on and set up a stunt to impress law enforcement by their “heroism” given their law enforcement status. They should have waited for police if they believed he was a burglar

If police stop you because you fit the description of someone who just robbed a bank, you don't shoot at them, run, or resist arrest. Yeah. What Arbery should have done if he knew his rights was to wait for police to arrive and then plead the fifth. Do you know what that means? Of course you don't. You plead the fifth and they have to PROVE you're the guy. You don't attack the guy aiming a gun at you. That is the incorrect response, especially if you're innocent. Do you get it or do I have to make a youtube video and explain it very slowly to you?

There is something cultural going on in that part of the country. The way the police initially acted, the prosecutor Greg McMichael worked for behaved. The way no one tried to render aid to Mr. Aubrey as he was still holding on. They wouldn’t have even been charged if the media gone National with the video. The jury comes from that same local culture, I’m curious to see how they deliberate. I hope you’re right though.

His father had all of those health issues (Bad Hip, Stroke, and Old Age), but the father was able to hop in the front seat of the truck with a child seat, and no discomfort to his hip, then jumps in the back of the truck. The younger McMichal stated he was trained in the Coast Guard, if he was trained so well, why he did not create distance with his shot gun, also he stated Aubery was not armed. Worked with a lot of Coast Guard in the area of Boarding and Interdiction, they are very good at what they do, you will not be put in the position without being properly trained. He should not bring the CG training into this, becuase if had to use Deadly Force, he was out of his element . This testomony is a bunch of BS. Also Military Officers and Sr Enlisted are being training to observe services members to weed out people like McMichal, that's why he only served 10 years, without being promoted.
