I so hope you guys M-D in Ireland and Basque Country (Irish are Basque and Basque History says: "We are from Atlantica"). Also, its a tradition 8n Basque Country for Men to gather and Cook, visit, drink, and generally have some fun. Basque Country is between France/Spain, and includes the Pyrneese Mountains. You guys would have a Blast and find true Ancient Relics and Coins. The Brits have combed that island.

First again plus i have a story for you Kurt. Being a firefighter i think you will appreciate this. On Friday July 13th 2001 I saved a four month old baby boy from a burning mobile home. I was recently approached by a television and internet production company called p3 of Maine. They are doing a retrospective story about people who have recieved a Carnegie medal. My name came up and we have been filming interviews and they did a little footage of me detecting. While detecting I uttered the phrase "all holes matter" and Morgan the producer thought it was great, and asked me if I came up with it. Of course I told him I did not and gave you guys the credit you are due for such a wonderful phrase. Again thanks for the great videos and for responding to every comment I post. Sorry for the novel and keep up the good work.HH

I see it as I was in the rite place at the rite time amd would hope that there are more people out there that would do the same thing.

Kurt, I hope you didn't mind that I tagged along with you guys. I was in B-RAD'S pocket so every time he did a little jig I was letting you know I was happy for you guys when you found something exceptional. Talk about a bucket list trip I wish I could make, how enjoyable these 10 days were for me as I am home bound with rotten knees. I was continually excited for all of you when you dug up something new or different. Thanks so much for the awesome videos. Kurt, I followed along (and ate my lunch) with each episode of your amazing adventure in England. Hello Gentleman, Long story short, I've been to England, and all over Europe two times. My dream is to one day detect over there, but as for right now I'm stuck in good ole' NC, which isn't too shabby at all when it comes to OLD. My love of metal detecting and everything else of the sort, came from my late Grandpa, who instilled his love of history to me. I've got a great site down here that was home to a Revolutionary War hero and very prominent colonial family, as well as the site of a NC Civil War battle. I'm super fortunate to be the only one allowed so far to detect this place, which dates back to the 1690s and very possibly earlier. The coppers, Spanish silver, and everything else in the world that I've found is all on the almost 300 acre property. I'd love it if you guys could come down at some point and help me save some history! It's a huge permission for only one person to hunt. I'm sure the owners, whose family has owned the property since the 1850s, would love it as well. Just say the word and you guys are welcome!

The temptation to detect on the castle grounds has to be overpowering even though you can't detect there. I wonder if the archaeologists have detected on the grounds. This was a really exciting video, I envy the hell out of you guys. Thanks

Like someone posted below. I missed the hoover boys digging up Indian Head pennies and those seated coins. I know it was a trip of a life time to come over here and detect the UK but for me I have seen hundreds of hammered silver coins found and the excitement of finding them has waned on me. I prefer a nice milled coin or button. That livery button with the dog on it was my favourite find of your stay over here. Now go find a 3 reals on the Indian burial ground. 😊 .

Kurt! You guys were awesome in so many ways. That to me was a great dream, because those fields aren’t wheelchair friendly, haha. I had a great day (I watched it twice!) just watching all of the guys dig up some history and some around the time of Robin Hood!! But all in all the Roman items were great to see and your surprising love token, that was a new one for me. I had never heard of anything like that so that was great. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful adventures with me and all of us!! Oh, I love the road trip to the fields so Cool!

That was a long video, but worth the watch again. I didn't envy you guys with that flight home. I took a Dramamine and 2 Benadryls myself and only woke up when the plane shook from turbulence. My flight was much longer as I had to go to LAX. Great video. Thanks for sharing. :)
