I can't even begin to imagine the scenario of her accident. You sit at a table and eat a sandwich or something, and the next second you're pretty much gone. She probably didn't see or hear the car coming at all. Just imagine after something like that, you must be so paranoid that literally EVERYTHING could happen any second. Her mind must be crazy strong

I lost my little Sister in December to a hit and run so this was extremely emotional for me. But God definitely has plans for this beauty, blessings to her on her healing journey! 🙏🏾💚

She is incredibly strong and resilient. I will share my own experience here. I had a horse fall on me, which cracked my pelvis, and it changed everything about my body and the way i experienced life through it forever. Even my intuition and the way I "felt" it changed. Luckily, i had a good relationship with my body to begin with, as i was and still am an athlete, but recovery is no joke. Despite the fact that i didnt let it stop me physically, i still ride and train horses, it still affects me. My right hip will never regain the same rotational freedom again so i will likely never compete on the international circuit, but that is small potatoes. Physical care to retain my gains is a difficult and painful priority to grit my teeth through and grind out. I have stretch for 2 hours to get out of bed and work out to get muscles to soften up. If i didnt already have that mindset, routines, or goals BEFORE my accident, i am not sure i would have cared to move at all again afterwards. But i was so angry and determined to not let that little surely piss ass pony fuck my whole damn life up, so it eventually became my fuel. And it still is somewhat. She is incredibly strong for who and where she is at and i hope she is able to use healing her body to help unlock and heal her mind, but it takes alot to get from dispair and acceptance to anger. Grief is a unique experience and there is no timeline that is right for one person. Miracles happen sometimes in the body first, sometimes in the mind first, and sometimes with the help of angels. Keep persevering towards your light in the darkness despite your stuggles, everyone. And thank you for reflecting the shine of that light for world around to delight in. Healing is found in healing. ❤

I think one of your strengths is your emotionally intelligent. You are yourself but respond differently too different people. In England we would say the Dr has “good beside manner.” The fact your trauma aware and trauma informed both mentally and physically is amazing. You could sense her anxiety, fear and strength and reacted accordingly. You were reassuring and calm with her. Normally you seem too make your patients feel safe by joking, you made her feel soothed and safe. Absolutely incredible! This made me cry. It’s such a beautiful video.

One of my best friends is a Chiro, going to him for a year, and he massages me but when I request full body adjustments/alignments, he says that my bodies too tight and it can cause scar tissue, in addition to his opinion of the Y strap being too aggressive.
