Thanks! i have a gallbladder sludge contact to specialist they said remove the gallbladder but my family Dr prescribe ursodiol i start home remedy with apple vinegar also have a very bad constipation and acid stomach i get every morning one lansoprazole do you have any recommendations please?

1) Do you do this process only once per attack or do you repeat the process an hour later? 2 hours later? 2) Can it be used once a day when having repeated (every few minutes) pain twinges (not an actual attack) from your gallbladder to ward off an attack? Thank you so much for posting.

Are the bile salts only taken with meals?

Generally it is best to take bile salts with food, as this mimics the way your body works.

This is a special point which is not found in most acupuncture texts, and I was only able to find this by studying thirty-year-old documents from Shanghai. In these documents, it was also referred to as "Da Nang Xue", but I find it easier to simply call it the "Gallbladder Attack Miracle Point".
